Donuts were crusty and not fresh at 8 am, they also charge their customers an extra .50 for using a debit or credit card which is price gauging because the average person is using a card it’s not 1902. They also have have their prices displayed but charge you more at the register. Another money hungry establishment with food and quality not up to standard, no better PT.
Closed on Mondays.

Love the donuts fresh made every day and great service. I am a big fan of their old fashioned donuts but they can go quick on weekends.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! I have been Supporting this donut place and eating here since I was in eighth grade and ever since other competing donuts spots closed in town the quality has slowly gotten worse and worse!! And more expensive!!!
Please do not trust the food here!!! When I was there today, getting my food, a lady kindly asked them to remove a fly out of Area where the food was. The person working, then proceeded to swat around at the fly and Was successful in getting the fly out.
I proceeded to order my food, and get home to feed my babies.. It’s when I got home and pulled out one of their kolaches that had been warmed up for 30 seconds in the microwave and was about to sink my teeth in before I noticed there was a mosquito. Sitting perfectly on top for me to eat.
The Owner gave me a refund but made sure to take back all of the items I bought, including the drink drinks, which I did not even want because at this point I was beyond disgusted.
What are the odds that a lady asked him to remove a fly out of the food container and then I find a mosquito in my food…. The lady never once even apologized and that’s why I’m making this review because I believe if you eat here you eat flies on the regular and don’t even know it.
We showed up at around 9am and they still had an amazing selection, the donut holes were absolutely delicious and the cinnamon roll wasn't overly sweet. Will absolutely be returning.
I love this donut shop more than any others around. No HOT sign needed but when I get there these donuts are still warm. I do know this place isn't a secret by the line that forms out the door but worth the wait. A good day starts at PT donuts.

I guess I will ever know how the donuts are. I came over from Van Alstyne only to find out they were locked up. Won’t do that again.
How about when you leave for weeks at a time, instead of a little white sign on your door you change the status on Google so your customers dont drive all the way out and waste their time!
Always out of stock. How do you run out of donuts 2 hours into being open? Tells me that you only make what you want. My first experience moving her the want you to pay extra if you are paying with card. You want one donut which was all I wanted. They forced me to buy 2 more items to go over 4 dollars. That was change number one I gave them. Since then. The lady spends more time at the drive thru than the people who took the time to walk in. Always out of items that make a donut store what it is. I wanted a dozen donuts. 4 or each flavors. And no glaze. 2 hours into being open and no glaze. How does that even happen? This place is poorly ran, poorly managed, and poorly staffed. They are all annoying. And they don’t care. Make enough food to compensate for the morning rush. Like come on. It doesn’t take rocket science. But this is the last chance. I have gave more than my normal about of chances. I’ll go to Van Alstyne since the other one on Hwy 5 closes randomly during rush out. Home Town donuts in va is the very best around.
They need to trim the tree in front of the location because without gps it is not visible...almost seems like a hustle factory becsuse prices were not favorable..food could have been cared better as well
Very good donuts!
