Absolutely amazing staff! After the issues from the Rockport location. We came straight to this location. They knew exactly what we wanted that the Rockport location didn't seem to understand. It was made in a timely manner. Tastes amazing. We will from now on spend the extra 10 mins to drive to Aransas Pass for our drinks. Highly recommend! They also went as far as to fix the Rockport's mess up.
I don’t usually go to the Aransas location anymore since I moved but it’s my favorite one because of the workers and environment. Eric Perez is one of the main reason I enjoy going to this one, if he’s working my order he always gets it right, super quick and nice to my whole family. I wish there were more workers like him everywhere.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a beautiful location near the highway and a shopping center, with fantastic customer service and a great environment. The workers are a main reason many enjoy visiting, with staff praised for being patient, kind, and helpful. One worker always gets orders right, is super quick, and nice to the whole family. Another barista was patient in helping build a mocha coffee drink. The owner, manager, and staff showed patience and understanding far beyond expectations during an unexpected situation, demonstrating they care for customer safety.
However, the food can be a hit or miss, which is a corporation issue. A breakfast sandwich sometimes has no bacon or just one little piece, which is unacceptable for the price charged. Starbucks overcharges and under delivers with quality of food, so food is not recommended unless starving. Coffee is always great but over priced. Service can also be inconsistent; one order of decaf coffee with SF Vanilla took 15 minutes and was made with regular vanilla and hazelnut, which was detested.
