2nd time to this location. I'm not sure why they sell a drink with a foam top but don't have the proper lids. In order for me to enjoy my drink properly I had to remove the lid to drink and then put the lid back on when I'm not drinking it. It's definitely an inconvenience.Employee told me there is a customer who orders the same drink he just doesn't put a ild on his drink. Who wants to order a coffee and not have the proper lid. Definitely think management...
Been coming back to this place for the past four years. I tried all their iced coffees and my favorites are the Big Al and the Moo Cha Cho. They also serve amazing pastries like muffins, danishes, and of course their famous Italian Panini.

I recently went here for the first time it was a lovely experience. The barista was very kind and helpful. I got the big AL and I got it large and hot. It was delicious. If you're a fan of cinnamon and sweet drinks. I highly recommend it. It wasn't as sweet as I liked it. I like my coffee super sweet and with more milk than coffee but this drink was still delicious.
