Kinfolks are my kind of people. The service is great, and mother and daughter is a great team. The food is great and I am always happy with the food and excellent example of customer service. I also feel in love with the kids they show the same warmeth of there parents and grand parents. This is my place to go for delicious soul food and will tell any one that don't live in the area take a drive and stop here to eat or take out.It is a gift for my family and I.

I tried this place today because it wasn't far from me and it popped up when I Google soul food (I didn't feel like cooking). There wasn't a menu online so I read the other reviews to get a feel for what they served. There wasn't a menu posted in the establishment either, but the lady behind the counter let me know what food was available. I ordered the oxtail plate(came w/ cornbread dressing, cabbage, and sweet potatoes) ($20) for my mom, and the smothered...

A really good cook , I've know for a long time..and enjoyed the time we once cooked together. I just want to thank you for always being a kind person to me..And I love your plum pound cake and peach cobbler so good I would just hum to God..Love you and God Bless..
