I love Arby's and have for years. Had lunch today at the 1 on Collins. The lady who was at the register was very friendly but that's as far as I can go for positive things to say. I'm diabetic so I filled my cup with unsweetened tea. I asked a guy behind the counter for some sweetener. He said we don't have any. No apology or anything.
