Be careful not to cut anyone off in line. The line is across the hall, and the cashier will call you forward. The pretzels will either be freshly made or have been sitting there for a while.
In January 2020, I visited this place to try their new sweet almond soft pretzel and it was very satisfying. It was just a little weird, service was slow since they had just opened for the day and when I visited it just felt like they weren't ready to serve customers yet at the time.
