Absolutely disgusting store, all around very dirty no matter where you look. There’s no AC so the store was very hot and our icecream was melted. Store was dead with several employees standing around so no excuse for everything to be so gross. I’m not sure how this place is in business

Our family has ordered Baskin Robbins, ice cream cakes for a number of years for family occasions. Last month, one of the cakes that we brought home apparently I've been in the freezer too long and had some freezer burn. Upon learning of the problem, the owner of this particular store, went way beyond expectations and working with me to replace the cake. She was very responsive, communicated well and delivered on her promise to give me replacement cake which we did this weekend for my daughter's birthday. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate her, the store and Baskin-Robbins . I offer my highest recommendation.

As soon as I walked in I was hit in the face with a blast of hot air. The heat was stifling! And then I went into the restroom… it was probably the nastiest restroom I’ve ever been in. There was dirty toilet paper on the floor! I will never return to this location!

When I walked in to the store it was very hot and when the worker served me the ice cream it feel out of the cone because it was not properly put into the cone. My shirt got stained and my ice cream had crystals of ice, in it, customer service was ok although the lady didn’t seem too worried when the ice cream fell on my shirt. I would not go to this place!

Wow. This Baskin-Robbins is impressive. The largest array of flavors in more refrigerated units I've seen Baskin-Robbins is here. The staff was friendly, happy to offer free samples when we arrived. The chocolate chip shake with chocolate syrup was heavenly. Great experience overall.

Ordered an ice cream cake online and when I came to pick it up they claimed they never got the order. I asked for a refund and they said they would process it and I should have it in 3 to 4 business days. It's over 3 weeks now and no response from management. No apology or anything.

I was a regular patron, but after tonight, I won't be. Their glass cases were fogged up so I couldn't see the names of the ice creams I was looking for. The owner/manager very rudely asked me if I was going to buy something, instead of asking me if she could help me. I did not feel welcome or appreciated for my business.

Sometimes you just need an ice cream fix.What's working: a wide variety of flavors, typically quick serviceWhat could be better: depending on the day of your visit the space can be a tad dirtyIt's Baskins so it's still a great option for ice cream treats.

Apparently they no longer have kids scoops? But for a single scoop they gave way more than 4oz. Their cakes looks terribly made and old. Def not very clean either.

Great place for ice-cream. Friendly and accommodation staff. Unlike Braums they made my banana split and grandsons ice-cream exactly as we wanted. Much prefer them over Braums.
