So my friend took me here. Oh my gosh this food was amazing! The Salmon was so tender. The chicken was so tender. And the freaking corn bread oh my lord. So good. The drinks were anything short of spectacular! Miss Donna was AMAZING!
The only complaint I have about Black-Pea Restaurant is that I have to drive so far to get to it from Houston TX. Please please bring one back to Houston Tx. Preferably in the Spring Branch area. Thank you for the great food y'all have!
The bread and honey mustard were good. The waitress didn't know a single beer they served. The bread came with butter but no utensils. The extra dollar for onion rings worked out to 20 cents per ring and they were not very good. The burger was just ok. I was entertained by the waitress struggling to pick up my paper check from the ultra sticky table though. I told my wife to get a good look around because we will not be here again.
