Meatloaf not good. Chicken good sometimes. This place used to be good years ago but it has gone down hill. So dissapointed. Probably won't order again. Ordered tea tonight and got 2 bottles sprite. CORNBREAD was old cold and hard. Meatloaf was dried out. Don't know what happened.
Where to begin? First they're apparently out of turkey but don't bother to notify you of this when you place an online order. Second they would only substitute certain items neither of which we really wanted. Third who the hell does mashed potatoes with a chicken dinner and have NO gravy? Fourth the cornbread was tasteless and dense. Like a coaster with honey on it. Fifth no silverware on an entire meal to go order? Sixth the macaroni and cheese is basically noodles in cheese soup. Seventh the chicken noodle soup has less flavor than what comes out of a can. Seventh the rotisserie chicken was dry and flavorless. Eighth drive through only means a giant bag of food is being very clumsily and haphazardly pushed between 2 windows not near the right dimensions to do so intelligently.If I could give negative stars: I would. This was my first experience with a place I grew up seeing as the epitome of "oh man I wish we could afford to eat THERE!" and I can safely say it will be my last at this rate. I could have bought a lot of tacos for that $40 & I regret not doing so.

It's Sunday 08/20/23 @2:30pm we drove in from Louisiana to go to a concert. Got to Boston market and the doors are locked and no one inside. What a shame we were looking forward to eating there.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had not been to Boston Market in several years so I visited this location on 08/08/2023 and was shocked and disappointed.The chicken no longer looks or tastes like rotisserie. This chicken was disgusting. The chicken appeared to be boiled and had absolutely NO seasoning or flavor. I threw the chicken away and ate the sides. Go to Pappas BBQ instead to get some amazing chicken.

Been ordering from this location for a couple years, has always been good. No problems whatsoever, esp with the food. Quality has significantly gone down since the last order. Whoever is running it is doing a bad job with the food quality. Or maybe they scraped the bottom of the pan for our sides because they were all nasty. Mac and cheese was salty and had brown hard pieces all in it. Corn was also burnt and had hard pieces in it. The mashed potatoes were completely off in taste. It tasted like cardboard and was a lot runnier than it should be. Overall, this meal was not worth $40.
Ordered on phone young lady very patient we picked it up and had family sized 50 bucks worth and was really good and will go back for sure thank you so much
I hate to say but the food was terrible, (cold, dry and overcooked), I had to get a refund… but i kept the cornbread!

It has gone down, the chicken was baby hens and the taste of side's were just above terrible and the Cornbread was an albino misfit. Serving sizes were terribly small. Not going again. Mc Donald feels better atmospheric.

Place looks run down. An employee toothbrush in the men bathroom which was dirty. Food was cold. Not to the standards of what it was before. Great quality food and great service.
