I’ve tried A lot of Pho restaurants in Dallas/arlington/Carrollton area and this one has been me and my boyfriends favorite for around 2 years. They have changed a little bit but the quality and the taste is always perfect. Miss the huge black bowls they used to use for the pho though hopefully they bring it back 😆 they have a Super cute aesthetic vibe.
I tried the hot pot here and it was so good! They walked me through how to go about ordering and getting all we wanted. The meat was good and so were the vegetables and other items. Would have been nice to have some ice with my drink by the drink was cold already. We will be coming back for sure!

Kolben Food Gallery is a laid-back and chill restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The Hot Pot restaurant within it is a standout, offering a superior experience compared to other Hot Pot spots in Asia. The coffee and tea options, including Thai green tea and egg coffee, are delicious. The venue hosts live music on Saturdays and has Vietnamese karaoke nights. While the prices may be a bit steep, the food is pleasant and well-decorated. Despite occasional slow service, the restaurant is a great place to visit, especially with friends or for a date.
