Brooklyn's Best Pizza & Pasta

I really like Brooklyn's, but lately they've been dropping the ball. I ordered extra cheese but got regular at best! Ordered a XL pizza but it was barely a large! I never had a problem when the two brothers were making the pizzas but I haven't seen them the last couple of times we went.

The Ultimate best Chicken Alfredo Pasta I have EVER had! I usually go for the pizza it’s always delicious but this time wanted to try something else. New favorite plate! ❤️ AMAZING

I’ve been coming to Brooklyns for the past 2 years & over time my experience has got worse & worse to where today was my last visit.

My prior visit i ordered an entree pasta & garlic parmesan wings. The pasta was good as always but the wings had little to none seasoning, which is a complete 180 from the first time I got wings at Brooklyn’s. With that I took a break because why?

Today 3/26, I ordered their Chicken Parm entree which includes a salad & bread. I specifically asked the young lady if the salad has olives she stated yes. So I asked for no olives (and yes I’m allergic). I get home & guess what? A handful of olives on my salad. So now half my meal is in the trash thanks to her lack of attention. Not to add she has horrible customer service & needs to be off the register. When I entered, no one greeted me. The cook & I just kept looking at each other then the young lady just popped up from the floor & said “what do you want?”. Thats it, she didn’t say hello nothing didn’t even look at me. We had zero eye contact the whole time & she did not seem like she wanted to be there by any means.

As much as I want to continue visiting Brooklyns, the service has just gone down way too much for me to waste my money on them anymore. Management…PLEASE ADDRESS YOUR STAFFS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASAP!

Food was delicious had the mozzarella sticks, the meat lovers pizza and a strawberry cheesecake! Would recommend! Reminded me of a New York pizza slice!

I like Brooklyn Best pizza but I will have to say I didn't think I could find something better but S. Carrier has a pizza joint that gives them some serious competition can't say there name cause I don't remember but they sell a 30 inch pizza massive.

The pizza is OK. I'm being honest. Arlington has better spots but non compared to homemade. This place has great lunch specials, though. I came here because of all the hype and had to taste for myself. The pizza is alright.
