Today was my first time trying Burger Street and I wasn’t impressed. My drink had a gnat in it, and the curly fries were cooked until they were hard. The burger was mediocre. Probably won’t eat here again.
I went thru drive thru. I was immediately greeted. I gave my order. The lady that took my order was friendly, listened carefully, then read back my order to me to avoid any mistakes.
There was a bit of a wait as there were 2 cars in front of me. When I did get to the window, Once again, I was greeted in a friendly manner. Quick transaction. When I received the food all was as it should be. Drinks were not spilling up thru the lid, I was asked what condiments I wanted....

Food was fair. Service could be better. The lady behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be there. Her name is Simone. Not a good experience for the first time going there.
