Had a great time at the cookie decorating class! The teacher was very knowledgeable and helpful. Her modeling really helped. I think I did pretty good for my first attempt at decorating sugar cookies!!
I love the materials they carry but customer service is nonexistent. I asked about cake and cookie decorating classes. I was directed to a piece of paper towards the front of the store, nothing else. Because of customer service, I thought, "Would I receive the correct training with a professional instructor?" The layout of the store is organized. The problem is not the focus here the big thing for me was how they handled it. I felt appreciated as a customer and that they truly wanted me to be happy.
I will certainly continue to be a customer.
