Candlelite Inn Restaurant

One of my favorite spots in Arlington. Anytime I get a chance to treat myself this is the spot I come to. Service is always great. I've tried many menu options but my favorite is the enchiladas. Food is always hot and delicious.

The prices have gotten way out of hand for the quality of food at this restaurant. I've been eating here for 40 years, and will never go back after my last visit.

Sara was an awesome server . She stayed on top of our table. Their was no parking and she came out and moved her car for us.

First time visiting Candlelight Inn Restaurant. Nice piece of Arlington, TX history. The food was awesome and there all jalapeno salsa was very different then just your typical salsa. Will at the front door was very nice and our waitress was too.

Misti was super friendly and the food was great! The bruschetta was the best I've had in a long time. Prices are low but quality is high and the menu has a ton of variety. Skip a chain restaurant and go to this diamond in the rough.

I absolutely love this place have been going here since I was a toddler, the food is exceptionally delicious. Just bring your phone because I am now at the age of needing readers and light to read the menu. Staff is always friendly and treat you like family

Had not been here in 30+ years...Happy to hear still around. Husband and I went often in '70s while attending UTA. Visited every so often during years when near Arlington. So happy to see still operated by original family generations since 1957 and 1) THE FOOD: Great menu options of American, Mexican, Italian; healthy & decadent!
Best of ALL a Real Chicken Fried Steak not one of 'Today's ALL Batter-Where's the Beef?!'. Breaded perfectly as in More Steak than flour & grease (think as in Massey's, FtW: CFS). Daughter ate healthy with nice thick cut of Salmon.
2) STAFF: Knew all the details of each dish with automatic Chips & a Salsa for each diner. Quick delivery of entrees hot & perfect to order! LJ from Detroit was our Waiter/Server, very personable with complete knowledge of Candlelight Inn's near 70 years of keeping Tummys 👌 Happy! 3) ATMOSPHERE: Be prepared to admire Arlington's 70 years of History painted on two walls by a California artist 🎨 Bell's Huey helicopters, GM, The Stadium(s), Six Flags and more with Arlington's Mayors plus famous Arlington musicians and groups as Pantera!
EXTRAS: So taken with Staff's history of Arlington and Candlelight Inn's history we had to go back to the Bar where we found 'Best Margaritas on the Rocks in YEARS!' ALSO spotted great rooms at back for business meetings or private parties 🥳! L❤️ved IT! Thank You 😊

Love this place so many choices on the menu.

Candlelite is one of our favorites and it never disappoints. Lawrence was super and the food delicious. If you haven't had one of their world famous burritos and the guacamole, you are missing out.

Been eating here for 47 years food as good now as 1st time here. Cant go wrong . HIGHLY recommend mexican steak
