I went to your store around 12:40 pm. Everything was fine until I asked for a bag and honey. The drive-thru cashier barely stuck his hand out of the window, which caused me to overextend my arm. When I asked him to stick his hand out further, he snatched the honey back inside and closed the window in my face.
I waited, then asked again. He told me to pull up. I explained I wasn’t pulling up because all I needed was a bag and honey. He closed the window on me again and started passing orders through the back door instead of handing me what I asked for. At that point, I started recording the interaction. I even knocked on the window to get someone else’s attention, but the cashier continued refusing to give me what I asked for.
At 12:56 pm, Zach, the store manager, came to the window. He didn’t seem concerned about my complaint, and the employee stood there with a smug look on his face. Zach didn’t apologize or address the behavior at all.
This was rude and unprofessional. All I wanted was a bag and honey, and instead I was ignored, dismissed, and treated with disrespect. I expect this issue to be addressed.

They have fresh chicken. We ordered corn nuggets and they were hot and fresh.
Food might be decent, but is it worth being talked to in a derogatory manner by 3 male employees as a female? You got the order wrong, I tried to get you to correct it and got talked down to by 3 male employees. No other female in sight. Makes Chicken Express look like it comes from an episode of Handmaid's Tale. I now get to eat cold food, go to sleep, only to serve HOT FOOD to the community. Make it make sense.

The service and atmosphere was horrible. The drive through lady is very rude. And sorry chicken E, your drive through speaker crackles if you didn’t know. Like almost every location. Avid eaters here! When asked if she was okay? If I’d did something to upset her? she had an answer…. So because she had to repeat herself she felt the need to be rude to us! Seems like it’s a regular thing since there’s so many drive thru complaints. Not good at math, but I know what a common denominator! Was not the only person to drive off either so I know there’s more people out there that felt they’d be served better elsewhere

I was expecting a 4 piece tender, instead I got a 3 in a half. Literally looks like someone ripped 1 and half and put in separate boxes. I order 2 meals. Worst experience I’ve had at a chicken express.
Ordered a 16 piece Chicken with 3 sides. Have to wait 15+ minutes but I knew that and waited. Get home to 12 pieces of chicken and missing a side. Not their first mistake.....

I paid $15 buck for something that show be at least $10. Foods great but for 4 strips, small fries and Mac n cheese not enough for $15 bucks. Please help or discount. Please

Came by drive through for a family order and I trusted they had my order completed since they normally do but they forgot my rolls and a few of my sauces. They made me wait for my order and my order was messed up when I got home. I was so disappointed they forgot my rolls that I paid for.

It would be great if you could make it more obvious when you’re open or closed. I’d like to not wait 30 minutes after paying to hear the order has canceled and the store was closed. Maybe finish the orders that actually pay and block orders that didn’t make it in time. Thanks for wasting my time!

They charge for water now. Charging for sauce was dumb but water is goofy. If they kept the prices low and charged for everything like Spirit airlines then fine but they are expensive and they still charge for everything.
