Came by drive through for a family order and I trusted they had my order completed since they normally do but they forgot my rolls and a few of my sauces. They made me wait for my order and my order was messed up when I got home. I was so disappointed they forgot my rolls that I paid for.

It would be great if you could make it more obvious when you’re open or closed. I’d like to not wait 30 minutes after paying to hear the order has canceled and the store was closed. Maybe finish the orders that actually pay and block orders that didn’t make it in time. Thanks for wasting my time!

They charge for water now. Charging for sauce was dumb but water is goofy. If they kept the prices low and charged for everything like Spirit airlines then fine but they are expensive and they still charge for everything.

Ordered fried pickles and catfish. The guy asked if I wanted tarter sauce and I said no. When order arrived I asked for ranch and he charged me .25. I asked him if the tarter sauce was free he said yes so I got 3 of them and threw them away. Just wanted ranch and was charged when I did not want tarter sauce. Messed up staff cant figure out three tarter sauces is more than one ranch! FAFO!

Pulled up at 815pm and doors were locked yet online it says restaurant closes at 10pm. I guess I'll have to have their competition down the street at Golden Chick since they do stay open for the advertised hours. Now I get it why they have such a low rating on Google......c'mon Chicken Express, I thought you were better than that..........ZAZ!

To the man with the headset that parked his truck across 3 spaces instead of in 1 space the right way. Instead of assuming someone's intentions with their vehicle before threatening to tow their car, why not survey the situation. I parked my car, my engine was still on and I clearly had another human in the car. Hounding me that you would towing my still running car was probably not the best way to approach the situation. And even after telling you I am dropping my son off at his school and I'm not leaving my car here 3 times you still proceeded to hound me that you were going to tow my car! I do hope you are NOT the manager and if you are the manager I hope your regional sees this review and gives you a coaching or 2 on 1.picking your battles, and 2. properly assessing a situation before you approach another individual about their car!

Great fried catfish. They always make it fresh. Don't be in a hurry for the fish. I ordered a 3 piece. The cashier said the cook only put 2 in. They went ahead and gave me 4, but left out the tarter sauce.
Get the world’s smallest tenders from this Chicken Express alongside soggy fries and cold mashed potatoes.. The worst feeling in the world, getting done with errands, fighting traffic, get food wait a few minutes “for fresh” tenders all to go home, up 3 flights of stairs to look at kids meal for 15$ when I really ordered a 4 piece and extra sides. I spoke with Mark, no compassion but manerable, he stated that I need to bring the food back for a recook a refund. All the while I’m handicapped and the convenience of this fast food restaurant wasn’t very convenient at all.
