It’s a junky place where food is junky, people working there don’t care about customer service. You order something & you get something else.

Every time that I visited this Chipotle, it's always dirty. All countertops need to be wiped down. Register area and also the area where you get your drinks, utensils, napkins, etc.. ALL tables....FILTHY! Been to other Chipotle restaurants that are nice and clean. I wouldn't dine in at this Chipotle. Used to be nice!

Was good and staffs were friendly
This was my first time here. My daughter wanted to go and I must say that we were both impressed with the service. The food is always good at Chipotle - any Chipotle! But I will definitely be returning to this location.

Honestly the staff (Haven, Sapphire, Alicia, Pedro, and Anness) were wonderful. They were so sweet and kind. The food was great as well. The service was just perfect and it was the perfect end for our date night.

This location is horrible. The food was not fresh. At all. W where they keep the lettuce and cheese and the condiments was definitely not clean the meat. Looks like it was all been sitting there for hours. I would never return to this location and they need to have someone come and inspect this location because it is the worst. Chipotle I have ever been to Service and food was horrible
Dissatisfied. Last visit 05/29/25, they didn't have any cheese. Nor did they offer any compensation for not having cheese.

If I could vote 0 starts, I would. The guys behavior was deplorable and inhumane. The ATTITUDE reeked the moment I walked in. He wasn’t just rude to just me but the lady before me as well.
I asked for sour cream and he put the smallest amount and I said “can I get extra” and he continues to put the smallest amount and I asked for more because it wasn’t even a regular scoop. He then threw the spoon and started complaining. I then say “then just don’t worry about it.” He looked like he was gonna say something fairly disrespectful and he said “man whatever” he then wraps my burrito TERRIBLY and as he walks away I told the cashier I don’t like his attitude and I just want a tortilla on the side just so I can rewrap it myself at home. This is actually crazy as this is NOT the first time I experienced this. I’m. A fast food manager and this is a fireable offense to disrespect customers. I will be contacting higher ups as well.

My husband and I have been to MANY Chipotles and this one has had the best quality food we have ever been to. The staff were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was hot!!
Sapphire was extremely kind and does a great job running the store! Although we live over an hour away, we will certainly be back!

This is the worst chipotle in the metroplex. As a contractor I eat at many chipotles and take many clients to chipotle all over the place and this is the only one I refuse to eat at. It doesn't matter which lady you get, they're all rude and they never give you a full serving of anything you ask for. Why would you skimp on lettuce or rice unless you just hate your customers? Management knows this and continues to allow them to insult their customers, so it really is a top down problem with this location. Just go to little road or Mansfield location, You will leave here hungry and disappointed.

We order from Chipotle at least once a week, either this location or Mansfield. It seems that most times we order from this location through the app something is always left out. Usually guacamole, which is extra. Sure enough, last night the guac and corn salsa were left off of my wife's bowl. It's a 15 minute drive back during the rush hour, so 30 minutes round trip. She decided to complain this time. We went through the app and they refunded her $2.90. Chipotle without the guac isn't the same thing. Her dinner was ruined and we get back a couple bucks? Might have to try Qdoba. It's closer and they cant be as constantly inconsistent as this Chipotle.

It was a Saturday and food should have been stocked better. Five people had to wait excessive time for staff to finish cooking veggies. They only had one worker on the line fixing food. All and all I believe the food was good when we finally received it. My son ate it and didn't complain.
