I paid $18 for a 5 piece tender meal with an additional side of Mac and cheese. Once I made it home there were only 3 tenders and they forgot to hand me my drink. I was helped by Arash Z.

I have visited many Church Chicken but this location should be investigated by the franchise. I ordered a special deal $13 for 10 pieces. My order was taken by Azam Z. I received all dark meats. Legs or drumsticks were small like wings. Most other Church Chicken I had never seen such small legs like this location. I even saw her intentionally looked up different tray to pick small pieces into my box. I did not pay much attention but felt disappointed after got home and opened my box. Yet, I asked for spicy, but the chicken tasted like unseasoned. If she did not want people using the deal, then stop selling it. Yet, she even served with an unhappy face

This location will not accept coupons that are on their website. This location has gotten worse. They shut the lights off even if you are in the drive thru line they will not take your order. We did not get to place our order. We went to the grocery store and went home and made our own chicken and sides including the biscuits. We will never do business with Church's chicken ever again. We will not return to any church's location. Very bad service.

I got five legs and 2 biscuits here. The legs were really fresh, and the biscuit actually had honey on them.
It seems like all the other churches I go to barely put honey on the biscuits. When I'm in the area again I definitely will go back.
Arenât most places suppose to have reward system? They donât care if u have the app or not I have told them I have the rewards app. But they have to scan the qr code, otherwise the ladies who work there are not doing theyâre job properly they should be fired

Went through the drive though there over hang is NOT 9â tall witch it says it is, I knew this therefore I went around it and waited till someone could take my order. Shortly after there worker came out accusing me of damaging the over hang and why I wouldnât just come inside.(Thereâs a reason I chose the drive thru.) anyways one star for the way you treat your customers and also hopefully this will help you fix your problems â?

Went through drive in tonight the young man was rude, didn't greet, didn't say anything but the total, I had to ask for a straw, condiments, napkin, and spoon. The mashed potatoes was hot, the chicken was lukewarm and over cooked and I didn't get my jalapeño. Biscuit was good
