I am amazed by the top notch customer service here! They responded to my Facebook messenger messages in an adequate amount of time (very quickly) and went above and beyond for my "Adopt an AISD senior" seniors! The senior's loved their donuts and we loved our customer service experience! We'll definitely be back!!

Ordered Birthday donuts for my son’s 9th Birthday. I didn’t really have anything particular in mind but gave them suggestions of things he likes. Couldn’t have been happier. He LOVED them!

Donut Cafe is a neighborhood donut shop under new ownership and management. The donuts are fairly good, not excellent but decent. The flavors are creative and delicious, including new flavors like Biscoff, pistachio, and cookies and creme donuts. Everything is super fresh, made hours before, and fresher around 6-7am. The Bavarian donut was the best ever had. Other items like kolaches and a variety of donuts are phenomenal. The owner is a quality individual with clear passion. Workers are respectful, kind, cool, and accommodating. Service is great, though one cashier spent 12 minutes trying to charge for an order of 10 dozen donut holes. Nothing is saved or reused; leftovers are passed to the police dept, fire station, local businesses, and mosques. The shop has a great selection of donuts and drinks, with local flyers and photos on bulletin boards. This place is a hidden gem.
