This was the first and definitely the last time I will dine here. The place was hot could have been it was so hot outside so won’t say too much on that. They only offer can sprite Coke Dr Pepper or bottle water which were Luke warm at most and had no ice to make them cold I feel for 1.60 for a can soda should at least be cold. My onion rings were burnt so bad they crumbled when tried to eat them. My granddaughters fries were also burnt however even if they were not she still couldn’t have eaten them from all the salt! My niece order wings which I get charging extra after the first range dip but for every one? And it wasn’t even the good ranch and maybe 2 squirts of ranch is what you get! My grandson did get to enjoy his cookies with his happy meal however they were Oreo cookies the little packs with 2 cookies and who doesn’t like an Oreo! If they would have been busy I might could understand however we were the only ones there! Maybe just had a bad experience however spending that much money on food we trashed or took home to the digs is not worth going back. The dogs loved it though!

Very dissappointing experience. The woman working on Sunday, July 26th was super rude to me and my kids! We ordered kids meals that came without ketchup, she kept claiming she has ran out of ketchup while filling a huge jar of ketchup right in front of us and when I asked her about it, she said I am out of small packets of ketchup that you are allowed to take with your meal like that makes sense. The burgers were very dry. She also got pissed when we asked if we could get a knife or she could kindly cut our burgers in half for us. She was in no mood of working. Very hostile and rude. Wont be coming back.

Small place, 5 or 6 booths, staff were very friendly and food was very good. We got a burger, patty melt, and buffalo philly sandwich. Will definitely return.

I ordered 15 pieces of smoked lemon pepper wings at the Dallas location, and this was a disaster from start to finish. First, you're required to order from a machine. The boy clearly listed the price as $11.99 and I Select it what I thought were flat wings only. When I checked out, and automatic 15% tip was at it that was another 360 and somehow my total jumped to 2956. When I asked the employee handing out the food at the window about the pricing, she had no idea and offered to get the manager. The manager came out and explained that they didn't have enough room to list all the wing prices on the board, and that the tiny + sign in front of the 11.99 meant the price would double. In my opinion, this is deceptive trade practice, plain and simple. No Customer should have to decode a secret symbol to figure out the real price. I walked out, knowing I would never return, and then it got worse. When I got home and opened the box, the wings weren't smoked limit pepper at all. They were over seasoned, bright, red, hot, messy, and nothing like what I ordered. Definitely not lemon pepper. First and last time. Wrong pricing, wrong food and zero accountability. And to top it off, the manager suggested that it would be easier if I use DoorDash next time. Absolutely not there will be no next time. This experience is exactly why I really eat out anymore.
