I’ve been a loyal customer at the Cracker Barrel on S Bowen in Arlington for over 4 years, but unfortunately, the service and consistency have really gone downhill over the past few months. This last experience was the final straw.
I placed an online order at 8:30 PM, and the confirmation said it would be ready in about 28–31 minutes, with a pickup time of 8:54 PM. I even called to confirm, and they told me the same time. My wife went to pick it up and ended up waiting...read full review
Ate there last night! Food, chicken and dumplings, were great and the okra cooked perfectly. The waitress was awesome!
I ordered chicken fried chicken with salad and Mac and cheese and fries
The chicken was still cold and wasn’t fully cooked
The salad just had huge chucks of lettuce and just a bunch of bacon stuck together
The waiter took forever to come
