We eat African , Caribbean, Nigerian food quite often. We ordered Jollof rice with fish. It taste and smell like CIGARETTE SMOKE. I love Moi Moi and was excited to eat it but their Moi-Moi was pre-packaged and warmed up in plastic pouches, it had some type of small shell crunch, it tasted TERRIBLE. We could not chew the goat meat, it was dry and tough. One taste of every thing and it all had to be thrown away. It was a waste of money and time.

Service was excellent, and food was surprisingly nice. I had Amala with gbegiri and ewedu. It was delicious.I also ordered the Ewa agoyin plate, jollof rice place and oat-fufu and ogbono to go. I tasted the jollof rice. The smell and flavor of "party jollof" was on point, but the rice itself was not cooked through.I also tried some of my Ewa Agoyin. The beans itself was nice, but their agoyin sauce did not come through at all, and so that "agoyin flavor was missing"! The sauce makes the meal. It seems to be missing an important ingredient, more palmoil and that deep frying of the pepper. The fried plantain was not soft. It was chewy and rubbery.Overall, compared to many other Nigerian restaurants that I have tried, I will give them an 8 out of 10, which means I would go back for some meals and definitely the service!!

I gave this place a try twice. First time I went and dined in, ordered jollof rice with beef.. had to send beef back because it was old and dry. 2nd order of beef was better but I shouldn't have to ask for fresh beef, that should be automatic.Anyways, I came back again a few weeks ago, hoping this service would be better but I ordered take out which was jollof rice and beef..I get home to burnt smelling and taste jollof rice and old beef again. How do you burn jollof rice? I'm not going back again. No friendly customer service and not worth the money.

Don't go to this place. The lady at the front was so rude. She doesn't know what customer service is. I tried to order, mind you am not Nigerian, am Malawian. Was trying to ask a question she got upset. Then I said let me have talapia. She got upset cause they didn't have it. Poor customer service. DON'T GO THERE. We left.

We were visiting from Tennesee and bought food 3 days in a row from here. Outside of the small amount of meat/stew from one of the dishes we bought and no suya one day, everything was good. Atmosphere and service were good as well. We didn't have to wait long on either trip. Thanks for being one of the only reliable Nigerian restaurants in the area!!

So far in my opinion, the best African restaurant in Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth Metroplex. Good customer service, the food is good and cost effective and lovely atmosphere.
