Love taking my family there on Wednesdays, but lately, I have realized that some of the machines aren't working or barely functioning at times. And when I end up having to ask for help with a malfunctioning machine I am greeted by an employee who is annoyed that I had to ask for help.

Wednesdays are half price games. We still somehow managed to spend $150. But we always have fun!! Lots of different games to play. Love it!
VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!
Not affordable fun like it used to be! Lots of kid-friendly games.

Came in with my family and some friends, 9 total. Everyone ordered their drinks and food. The friends we brought with us got their drinks and their food in a reasonable time. My kids also got their drinks in a reasonable amount of time. My wife ordered a water and I ordered a tea/lemonade. Can someone explain how it took over 45 minutes to get those 2 drinks to the table? There were even 2 polite and subtle reminders. By the time the drinks came, I just decided it wasn't even worth it. I said we aren't even interested in the drinks and to just cut the check and we will pay. The food for my kids hadn't even been delivered in over 45 minutes either (chicken.... Buffalo wings... and fries...) explained the situation, still got charged full price and they charged me for the drinks we no longer even wanted. Yeah I'm not coming back.

It's unfortunate and still hard to come to terms with seeing customer service or simple friendliness as a thing of the past, especially in the SERVICE industry.
Brought my family here for dinner and games on a weekday evening. Made a reservation for the off chance it was busy (it wasn't) around 6:30 pm. When we walked in, there was a waiter/host and waitress/hostess standing at the entrance to the restaurant area. My wife and kids had walked in before me (cold so I needed a jacket) and my wife had told the host, who turned out to be our waiter, we had a reservation as I was walking in. He tried to get the hostess' attention to let her know since she had the restaurant iPad in her hand but she was a little busy doing something on her phone. Once he had a chance to let her know, another girl came walking up and they didn't care in any way that we've been standing there close to 5 minutes waiting for them to seat us and decided to start whispering back and forth while looking at something on the first girls phone (definitely not work related) while the waiter stood there awkwardly and clueless to whats happening same as we were.
I forgot to mention, the restaurant was completely EMPTY! Not a single person to wait on in there at all! Why they couldn't just seat us instead of pretend the reservation even made a difference makes absolutely zero sense to me. When the girls were done satisfying their itch for gossip, they asked for the name on the reservation and we were finally taken to our table by the waiter.
His service also ended up being sub-par along with the most of the food just being ok at best. The Brekky Burger (pictured) was pretty good, though, and the truffle fries weren't too bad, but some were almost soggy. We had to ask for one of our sodas a couple times before he finally remembered to bring it out..... after the food was delivered 🤦♂️
We also had to catch him walking by to another couple that came to dine in order to get our drinks refilled. BTW, that other couple and my family was as busy as it got the entire time we were there.
Finished dinner, paid the bill and went to play some games with the kids (elementary age to high school). Definitely not as many games as there used to be and didn't really stand out like they used to. More of an oversized average arcade for the most part other than a couple games like a large hungry hippos you sit on and an ax throwing game. It was still a good time though at least.
We definitely have no intention of dining there again and will be trying to convince the kids to try somewhere else if they bring it up.
The service wait staff was the biggest reason that turned us off to D&B. With so many other options that are similar in experience, and seemingly much less patrons than you used to have, it may be helpful to reiterate to the staff that friendly = more return customers, more return = more hours for labor = bigger paycheck/more tips. No worries either way, though. Peter Piper Pizza isn't far, is ver friendly, has enough games to be satisfied, and only cost 10-20% of what D&B cost!

It was a nice family outing on Monday. Parking wasn't bad and we were welcomed in as soon as we entered the building. We were offered a different experience of gaming that we had not experienced with Dave & Busters but we thought we would give it a try. We played digital shuffle board game that everyone enjoyed playing for the first time but could be a bit over priced! Food was good but service could have been better not sure what the issue was and it wasn't that busy from what I could see but waiter disappeared for long periods of time where we were waiting for refills on drinks and wings! Could have been something they factored in with the gaming situation where the time spent on the game which was in 1 hour increments. She also forgot to give us the game cards felt like had to constantly look for her or remind her of something but customer service is different these days not sure if that is the norm now or what but not what I'm use too!! Also this has to be the smallest Dave & Busters i have been too, that was disappointing!!

I took my youth and their friend as a way to spend some time on a weekend. The careful calculation of how many credits to buy versus how quickly they might burn through them was the most frustrating part. Because after I paid for our cards, I saw a poster that they had an unlimited deal that was not shown to me or offered by the cashier. And it would have been less money.
The food was good and the service was fine. They were mostly teenagers and young adults that were nice but not necessarily engaged or engaging.

It took awhile to be greeted by our server. Once our server introduced herself, she was really friendly. Food took a long time to arrive and was mediocre.

Went here with my friend but it’s on the busier side of town that I’m not used to. They weren’t able to redeem my eat and play combo because I was never sent the e-mail confirmation and there’s no other way to look it up besides the confirmation. The young lady at the bar was nice and friendly. We wind up using my friends tickets on his card. There was a bunch of kids and it was pretty busy when I went so I might go earlier next time to avoid the chaos but it was an okay visit

We've always had a great time at this location, but the experience tonight made us not want to go back. We've always been able to order our food, eat our food, play games, leave our food and stuff at table, then pay and leave. About 2 hours or less total. Tonight after we ate a little of our food, we got back up to play a game and were approached to move our stuff off the table. Had not even been there for an hour. We had to take our leftovers and coats with us while we spent money to play their games. We have never been kicked out of a table before. It was extremely rude, as we spend our money there, we werent just sitting there doing nothing. There's no sign saying there's a time limit to the tables and have never been kicked out of a table before. So now they expect us to take our leftovers all over the place while we play games?? I have been a server and I have Never dared to tell someone that they had to leave a table. Super rude and disrespectful. If this is a new rule, they need to post it somewhere, but to kick a family out of a table, who frequents this establishment all the time is wildly uncalled for.

I’ve been coming here since they opened.
New lay out makes the game area a lot smaller.
Super passive aggressive bartender disregarded me at first for another patron (who had a tab she pointed out) only for her to talk back to me saying she thought I was with someone else. Made the whole exchange awkward and not welcoming at all.
I will drive the extra mile to go to another location.

They're under construction but open so can't judge appearance fairly. I'm appreciative that they offered gratitude to veterans but 2 hours waiting for a burger and fries is beyond ridiculous. Furthermore they ran out of two items.
Never visit this location. I now have a headache and no appetite.
