Terrible customer service. No communication for walk in customers

It’s my 2nd time to come pick up my mobile order. Their store was closed. Dunkin’ app say open 3:30am. I came by around 4:15 to pick up my order. I was furious. I reach out Dunkin’ corporate. No one takes my complaints. I need my $ back and going to another Dunkin’s. I am getting tired of it. If anyone don’t show up to open at 3:30, change the Dunkin’s app time!! That’s way it will let me know it’s close. I need my money back!!!

Inside is closed on Sundays which is really inconvenient to have to pile up in the drive thru. I'd rather drive further to another location instead is sitting for so long here. Do better

Espresso machine was down and it would have been more helpful to be told what donuts were available instead of me naming each type and being told they did not have and there were literally 2 available lol hopefully the person in drive thru was in training.

After seeing Dunkin’ Donuts for years and years but never had it. All the donut places were closed so I tried it and I gotta tell you I just don’t know how these people are still in business. Nothing is fresh they don’t come in and bake anything. The kolaches are pre packaged it’s a joke.

Dunkin has been my go-to for coffee for 30 years and I've been a regular visitor to this location since it opened several years ago. I only get coffee so can't comment in the food, but I personally prefer donuts from other shops. The service is always good but not exceptional. If you like plain coffee with cream, I highly recommend Dunkin Donuts.

I order two drinks and two donuts. 1st drink didn’t have it so I had to change it. Then both donuts we wanted they didn’t have, so had to change it. Get to the window and the lady just puts the card reader out. No price, no confirming, just wanted my card. Then asked what I had, and closed the window. Started to hand me drinks that weren’t mine, and told me she had already given me my donuts.
No ma’am you did not. Then had to tell her we had a coffee, Carmel macchiato. She said there is only two drinks, so what coffee was I speaking of. Girl. You work for a donut shop how don’t you know what I was talking about. She finally got me everything and didn’t want to give me a receipt the first time I asked and had to ask again. Overall bad experience before I had my coffee.

If I could put zero stars I absolutely would. I am a server that only carries cash when I’m too busy to get to the bank being a full time student as well. I ordered breakfast on my way to school and they did accept my $100 bill. No explanation as to why just handed me my money back and told me they couldn’t accept it. Very poor service

Terrible drive through service!

There was less than a quarter of an inch filling in each of the "filled" donuts and the coffee was barely warm. The only good donut was the regular chocolate.
