Went to the drive thru, person taking the order kept repeating my order getting it wrong x3. Got to the window every one looking like they didn’t know what I had ordered. Simple Medium French Vanilla Ice Coffee. I washed about a ham and cheese wake up wrap. They all stated laughing and said nope that was 2 years ago. Rude AF. No other cars were there because the staff is rude, customer service has gone down since this location first opened. I know you probably don’t care but I do as a paying customer .

This location has gone down in the past few months.I was a regular customer. I went by 3 to 4 times a week. Today part of my order was missing. I called and was told basically I was a liar. That I had everything I was supposed to get. This stop before work used to make my day. From now on, I will find somewhere else.

Not happy. They always run out of donuts midday. I bet they go fast in the am but then why bother being open the rest of the day & into the night if they aren’t going to stock up? The Owner isn’t ordering enough to keep their costs down & profits up but not making customers happy.Asked for Jelly Filled. Nope as usual out.So asked for Glazed. They said they had Choc glazed so I bought two. They gave me Chocolate Cake Donuts. Not Glazed. Not a big deal but I don’t eat that kind. Check what they give you before you leave or you’ll be sorry.
The creme filled donuts barely had any filling which is typical at this particular store. I did get waited on after the three employees over by the drive thru window got finished visiting with each other. Not a good experience.

All I wanted was a bagel or something they had no inventory so I assume the manager sucks at actually inventorying and ordering, they had no food and while ordering in the drive through in the afternoon the staff where rude and snappy for no reason. I wasn’t mad or spoke rude because I can understand things go out of stock and it’s not the workers fault but the staff were absolutely rude. Don’t go here
