Don't come here unless you have at least 20 minutes to sit in the drive thru and you want your drink to be wrong everytime. I try to avoid going here but sometimes it's the only one close to where I'm going. I regret it every single time.

Service has been in decline. The upbeat and friendly employees are gone, i feel like im at any other coffee shop now. Also I get so frustrated seeing them pour out part of my drink because they drastically overfill my cup with ice. Asking for light ice gets you a normal amount of ice. They make drinks to a recipe so it makes no sense that they pack the cup so full of ice.

I love Dutch bros! However, the last few times I’ve visited this location I’ve been extremely disappointed. The service is extremely slow. The staff has got to figure something out. My drinks the last few times have been awful. I typically order the same two or three drinks and they’re always delicious. The last few times I’ve ordered here my coffee has been terrible, watered down with no flavor, or just the wrong drink completely. I’m not sure what the deal is here, if it’s new staff or what, but I won’t be back to this location. It’s unfortunate because it’s the closest to my house.

I love going to this store. Mostly Everyday after training I come to this place and everyone is always so nice and so great. There is someone whose name I don’t know but they are the nicest person I’ve ever met. She is such a sweet person Her name could be Persephone/ Pershephanie or something im not sure. but yea just don’t ever fire anyone at this location lol also the drinks are good as well but really the people are what keep me coming back.

This is the worst Dutch Bros we have been to. My daughter’s golden eagle coffee tasted old and she was sick this morning. I got one of the lemonade drinks blended in ice and it had no flavor, tasted extremely watered down. I’ve ordered this same drink at another location and it was phenomenal. Your employees at the drive thru window were so busy gossiping, the probably didn’t take the time to make these drinks properly.
