The first time I've ever been here and couldn't figure out what I wanted, I told Hanna what I like and the Carmel drink was really good. From start to finish her customer service was phenomenal. Keep up the good work. Officially love this
I love going to this store. Mostly Everyday after training I come to this place and everyone is always so nice and so great. There is someone whose name I don’t know but they are the nicest person I’ve ever met. She is such a sweet person Her name could be Persephone/ Pershephanie or something im not sure. but yea just don’t ever fire anyone at this location lol also the drinks are good as well but really the people are what keep me coming back.

Service has been in decline. The upbeat and friendly employees are gone, i feel like im at any other coffee shop now. Also I get so frustrated seeing them pour out part of my drink because they drastically overfill my cup with ice. Asking for light ice gets you a normal amount of ice. They make drinks to a recipe so it makes no sense that they pack the cup so full of ice.
