For Taco Tuesday, we choose to eat at EL Fenix our waiter was kind, friendly, welcoming. The food arrived promptly and hot a d taste amazing. We had good food and conversation ?.

Haven't been to an El Fenix in a few years and hoped it was like we remembered. Definitely not any where near deserving of the name like it once was. First the queso is definitely plain canned cheese sauce with just a little ground meat added very bland almost no flavor. The salsa it self was bland with no spice what so ever. The fajitas enchiladas where horrible and I don't use that term lightly. The sauce was so bland and only luke warm, the cheese is definitely not any type of Mexican blend. Its almost like they took cheap store bought sliced cheese and wrapped it in a tortilla. The beans might a well have opened a can and just poured it on the plate. Needless to say we where very disappointed with the food the only two highlights where the crispy chips and the waiter who was very pleasant. Plz don't waste your money do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Great Mexican music played in the background and comfy chairs. Beef enchiladas weren't my fave but the beef taco, the chicken enchiladas and the chips, salsa, cheese sauce, and guacamole were really tasty. Server was attentive and friendly - it was a nice lunch!

Damian did an amazing job attending me and my family! Everybody was super friendly since I walked in and the manager even came and greeted me and my family. Will definitely be coming back!

Food took forever the waitress was so disrespectful, I was talking to her to order dessert and she took one order then walked off, I went to tell the manager and he didn't seem to mind, if I am paying close to $100 for 3 people to eat and would have been more if the waitress would have let me finish ordering, I think there should be some respect!

Our waitress was good, the atmosphere was cute. the chips and salsa was good, not really impressed with our meals. I got the sizzling fajitas beef and chicken, they didn’t have any flavor. I was disappointed, being from PA, I guess I expected out Mexican experience to be better in Texas, lol. Plus the guys sitting next us where so loud we couldn’t even enjoy our own conversation, which I know is not the restaurants fault.

Took my kids here for lunch, paid $30 total (not including tip), which I found very reasonable considering the atmosphere and service I received. On a recommendation from my waitress Christina I had some kind of brisket enchilada that I really enjoyed, and my kids both enjoyed their food, too. I would say El Fenix is the classiest tex mex place I've visited.
