Terrible service. Terrible food. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us. It wasn't until I tried to get the attention of a group of servers standing behind us gossiping, did a waiter come. That waiter (Rooco) had walked by 3 times previously and ignored us. Our food came cold, and it was so not good at all. The waiter never followed up with us until we asked for a bill. Will not be returning there. This unfortunately does not let me upload photos, I would have loved to share the cracked plate and crappy food.

I visited after the Big 12 championship game, so there were people everywhere. We still were seated in a reasonable amount of time. The service was good. A little on the slow side, but there were a ton of people. It wasn't slow enough to take away from the experience. The food was excellent. Flavorful and presented well. It more than made up for anything else. I will definitely eat here again.

The dining experience was sorely disappointing, marred by slow service and the notorious omission of several key food items from the order, a scenario that no discerning guest, or seasoned critic, should ever have to endure.

Sluggish Service
Despite arriving at a reasonable hour, the pace at which orders were taken, prepared, and delivered bordered on agonizingly slow. Over two decades of evaluating establishments, ranging from top-tier Michelin stars to humble family-operated diners have taught that promptness and table attentiveness are not merely desirable, but essential markers of hospitality excellence. Here, however, plates languished in the kitchen, servers seemed distracted, and the crucial rhythm between the dining room and the back-of-house was lost.

Food was average, not a recommended. The server was highly inexperienced and failed on all the core elements of hospitality.

The hotel’s proximity to AT&T Stadium is unrivaled, making it a top choice for sports fans, convention attendees, and families looking for a seamless event and lodging experience. The property itself is modern, stylish, and integrated with entertainment options and panoramic stadium views, raising expectations for every facet of guest service. But if you are seeking luxurious travel and dining this is not the spot.

Wonderful place to eat Italian food. Conveniently located for me during my conference in the Loews Hotel.

The wait staff is friendly and willing to help. I was in a hurry and called ahead for a table and advance order. Valet out front is included.

All-beef meatball appetizer comes with 5 meatballs

This Agnolotti Pasta is so good. Covered in creamy sauce with mushrooms and has a taste of garlic and parmesan. The pasta are like long ravioli enclosed style and are a green color. They are stuffed with delicious smoked ricotta cheese. BTW, ask for Agnolotti on a plate instead of the shallow bowl, as they bowl edge makes it a little difficult to cut (if using fork edge). Recommended!

I was staying the Lowes hotel for business and stopped in Farena for dinner. I was greeted by the host and seated right away. I was eating on the earlier side so there wasn't too many people in the restaurant. The waiter came over right away to take my drink order. They have a wine and cocktail list with a handful of different beers available. I started with the beet salad, wow it was good! And the portion, I could have finished my meal with the size they provide. I didn't want anything too heavy so I went with the chicken and mushrooms. I was only halfway through my salad when my meal came out. I was a little disappointed by this. There were only a few other tables seated at that time, I would think they could do better with timing. The waiter was apologetic and offered to put the chicken on a warmer but it was already on the table so I just let it go. The chicken was good but not great. The brown sauce was loaded with salt which I'm not a fan of. I had a side of asparagus which was pretty tasty. The food was not cheap, my bill was a little over $100 for one glass of wine, salad, entree and a side, no dessert or coffee. For the quality of food that was more expensive than I would expect but you are in a hotel.

Our family had a fantastic experience here at Farena. The staff is fantastic, the environment is inviting and warm, and the food was absolutely delicious. For starters, I strongly recommend the Citrus and Beet salad as well as the garlic butter braided bread. As for the main course, the pork chop was perfect and the pasta was exquisite.

Overall, a 5 out of 5. We'll be back!

Be sure to ask for Sarah for some of the best service.one can receive.

The majority of our food was absolutely delicious, so I won’t say not to try this place. Unfortunately, my lobster was a bit on the salty side, but that doesn’t take away from how good everything else was. I was offered a new lobster tail however I kindly declined.

We came as a party of 23, and instead of allowing us to sit comfortably across two tables, the staff insisted we all sit at one long table. A woman, who I believe was the manager, mentioned that she needed space for another party behind us—but during our entire visit, no one ever sat there.

I understand that a large group can be a lot to manage, and for that reason, there should’ve been at least two servers for a party our size. We only had one waitress, and while she did her absolute best, it was clear she was stretched thin.

It felt more like a control issue than a space issue. Anyone who’s ever attended a large family gathering knows that with appetizers, food trays, drinks, and kids, you need plenty of table room. When I tried to express this, I was told, “We’ve served big parties before,” which came off a bit dismissive.

They weren’t particularly busy for a Friday night, so the situation could have been handled better. Overall, the food was great, but the seating experience and management approach left a lot to be desired. We’ll likely come back for a date night, but as a family gathering spot — probably not.
