The service was horrible! Young kids need to learn their jobs and communication skills. Ordered my food on line and paid fee. After long wait,40+min from order to pickup. I watch my order sit on the shelf without my name was called. Sorry never again at this location. Never the less I love fatburger!
My love and I came before the Super Bowl and it was empty when we first arrived, but it’s becoming fuller as we’re about to leave.
I got the Western Bacon BBQ burger meal with skinny fries, and the burger was so delicious, I told the cooks that they put BOTH feet into it, ensuring it was more delicious than I expected.

Awesome service and delicious food. Staff came by to check on me and make sure food was good. What really made this review 5 stars for me was when I left the lady that brought me my food said “have a great day miss Jennifer and come back and see us” that was amazing she remembered my name and called me by name. That speaks volumes to me. I love the staff love their job, seem happy, and food is great!
