I’ve always enjoyed Fito’s and the consistently delicious food they provide, but unfortunately, my experience at the Arlington location today was a disappointing exception. I would recommend visiting the Grand Prairie or Dallas locations instead, as this one falls short of the high standard I’ve come to expect.

When placing my order at the drive-thru, I politely asked if it was possible to substitute the fries for something else. The cashier responded in an unnecessarily aggressive tone, saying, “We don’t provide anything other than fries and that’s it. Do you want fries or no fries?” I always strive to treat service workers with kindness, but her tone made me feel like I was an annoyance rather than a valued customer.

I hope management takes the time to address this, as no one seeking a good meal deserves to feel unwelcome. The cashier I interacted with was an older woman with blonde hair, and I’d suggest offering her additional training on the importance of customer service—or perhaps considering a different role that better suits her strengths.

This poor interaction seemed to reflect in the quality of my meal as well, as the torta mixta I ordered was lackluster compared to the usual standard I love at Fito’s.

I truly hope the Arlington location makes the necessary improvements so it can provide the same excellent food and service as the other locations. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Make sure you guys update your hours clearly your staff doesn’t wanna serve anyone after 12:30 on a Friday night. Waited in the drive-through for about five minutes and then in the drive-through window for about two to get anyone’s attention Didn’t Staff was just chilling on their phones. Thanks! The food is alright but is not worth the price. The service is cold and non-existent. The tables were sticky.

Hello, good evening, today my family and I went to dinner at Fitos but it was a very bad experience to begin with, the staff has a very bad character, they serve you very badly and to finish the meats are raw and apart from that it is very bad antique. Don't tie your hair up, I got hair on the dresser

I ordered a baked potato. Hubby bought it home. It's cold. It has unfresh avacado on it. It has cheap sliced cheese on it. Actually it's not done. It's hard. Almost raw. I had to microwaved it for 1 whole minute and still not done. I told hubby, never again at Titos

They don't need to soak the tortillas in oil when they serve you the tacos, this makes them greasier, everything else is very delicious 👍

How does it take more than 20 minutes for 4 tacos? People were leaving the drive thru because of how long it was taking. This place is either seriously understaffed, or the workers just don't want to do their jobs. I understand fresh food, but come on.

A very bad experience with this taqueria, the surprise is that apart from the fact that the tacos are terrible, I left with a stomach ache, wanting to vomit, they blatantly stole $10 from me and on top of that they offer you cilantro and onion as if it were for a taco, when you order five tacos, the misery is too much. from this restaurant

Bad service and if you are careless they will steal your change

So, we had to eat and try them tacos, they have the trompo, but they are frying the meat on griddle, that's not how these trompo tacos are made. Ok we tie, but not coming back. They have the trompo for frying the meat on the comal and that's not what trompo tacos are like. Unfortunately we will not return because they do not make them as they should be made.

the tacos are great except for an occasional Trompo pork taco that is loaded with chunks of fat. maybe some people like that.. love the chicken tacos!
