Cookies are good. I didn’t receive 50% of my online order and they only refunded me 50%. I get the logic but that’s some friendship logic, not business customer logic. Just sayin’

A complete rip off ! I been to two insomnia cookies one in ATL & Baltimore the cookies are huge about three cookies in one! I go to this location the cookies are the size of a nestle toll house premade cook. The insane rip off is that they are the same price 2.75!!!!!!!!! A complete rip off if I could give no stars I would. It’s about integrity why rip people off in this economy!

There are too many delicious options, so we just ordered a variety. It's definitely a sweet treat.

Yup…This is the spot to get that late night sugar fix!!! Cookies were warm and gooey, and the ice cream creamy and cold.Really, what more could you ask for??? You’ve probably been drinking all night and this is exactly what you don’t need. But it’s here for your cravings!

Won’t be ordering from this location for a while. We ended up missing half our order. Couldn’t even eat it; the cookies and packaging smelled so strongly of weed.

Honestly, there is nothing that made me want to come back. The cookies weren't bad they just aren't worth the money or the drive. I'd rather go to my usual cookie spot for cheaper prices. I know there are people who like it here, so maybe you will have a different experience. I tried the cookies in cream ice and it lacks flavor, the purple ice cream is good and I got a double chocolate chunk. We also tried the macadamia nut and the deluxe oatmeal

If a customer is willing to spend over $40 for a collectible cookie box I would imagine Insomnia can accommodate a request for a specific character. I spoke to the manager on duty and she very rudely told me no after another employee had told me they could accommodate.

All of it. Well I ordered delivery, but every cookie I ordered was still warm, tasty ... just the right thing for a sweet tooth!

I came for a pick up order 2 hours late. I regret that I didn't get the name of the thoughtful associate working today, but she insisted on remaking my order so it could be enjoyed fresh and warm. The cookies were great. The peanut butter cookie was my personal favorite.

I had more recently heard about insomnia cookies, but this is my nearest location which is sill about a 20-30 minute drive from me. I was in the area and put in an order to pick up on my way home. Parking is an issue which I somewhat expected it to be as close as it is to UTA. There is parallel parking near the door but all but one was taken and the cars to the front & back of where I could have parked made it tough to squeeze in. There's a parking garage but it's unclear if it's for residential, so I opted to chance parking at a nearby parking lot for a business a quick walk away. Came in about 5 minutes past my pick up time. Had to call out for an employee. He was nice, but let me know it would be a few minutes and grabbed boxes to start my order. Really made me question the point in pre-ordering. About 10 minutes later another employee brought out my order, at this point 15 minutes past my original pick up time. Because I was worried about my parking situation not sure how closely the restaurants lot was watched, I went ahead back to my car. Luckly I thought to check it once I sat down. One flavor of our mini cookies had been swapped for chocolate chip, and I noticed when I got home one of the m&m's had also been swapped. Not wanting to leave my car a second time I called. They let me know they were out of the red velvet I had ordered, and had been for about a week, and corporate doesn't let them remove it from mobile ordering. Totally get, but I let them know it would have been better to let me know at the start so I could have picked another flavor myself. (Or call my 8 year old who had picked the red velvet.) She did make it right by refunding me a portion of my order. Once we got home we tried our items and liked them. Though we have a number of other cookie places much closer to home with similar or better products that we may as well stick closer to home. I'm sure we may give another location a shot, probably on the Ft Worth side or if they make their way to the mid-cities. Though I don't plan on stopping by this location again unless someone I'm with really wants too.

The service has gotten crappy in this place from when I first started coming in the young ladies act like they have no knowledge and if they do that's horrible because there saying that the reason that they don't know what changed in the cookie size is because the lady does not tell them so they don't know "from the young lady working there. I started there getting the oatmeal walnut cookies they were a larger size pay five dollars now they're smaller they don't have any larger ones but they still charging you five dollars and they're never warm. the last 4 or 5 times I've been there there all cold. Horrible way to do business
