Chris gave me spectacular customer service
Good flavors, mediocre service, terrible prices, and they don’t stay open late enough to catch the bar crowd.
Paris gave excellent customer service! She was also fast and efficient. Thanks!

Insomnia Cookies offers warm, gooey cookies and creamy ice cream, perfect for late-night cravings. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. Customers enjoy the chocolate chip cookie with cookies and cream ice cream, along with the s'mores and chocolate peanut butter cup cookie. The double chunk chocolate chip cookie and vegan cookie are also tasty, served warm for extra enjoyment. The store has a clean and welcoming atmosphere, though some customers feel it could be warmer and more cozy with better lighting. While the cookies are generally delicious, there have been occasional concerns about hair in the cookies and the need for staff to properly secure their hair. Overall, it is a great little dessert spot with consistently tasty treats and a friendly team.
