Since whoever is in charge of the reviews of this location, since they wanted to delete my review, I will say it again. One night Guadalupe was working and she snatched my payment out of my hand and when I asked for fresh food, she had an attitude and when I got my food, it was cold so I asked for a refund and they said they’re about to close so they couldn’t do nothing else or make any more food. Then I open my food and my food will spit into and I couldn’t go inside because the doors were locked, and they turned off all the lights and it wasn’t even their closing time.

So, I don’t typically leave reviews on places, but I had to share my experience here and it wasn’t a good one. So, I have a stutter and I ordered through the drive thru which is kind of challenging for me because of my stutter and today I wanted to conquer my fear. Chadwick was the name on the receipt, and he must’ve misunderstood me because he completely messed up my order and it wasn’t even correct on the receipt. I get it, I have a stutter, it’s hard to understand me sometimes, but instead of saying something like, “Okay, we’ll fix that for you, my apologies” or something along those lines, he proceeded to argue back and forth saying verbatim, “I promise you that you didn’t say that.” I ordered “a large fry” along with other items and they must’ve thought I said “large sprite” because that’s what they handed me. I get it, they sound the same…kind of. I’ve encountered discrimination before, but NEVER in this capacity. They gave me a full refund, which was nice, but idk why they didn’t just swap out the fry for the drink and I didn’t get the drink because I handed it back to them. I mean, I think they’re the same price or around the same price. I don’t believe in “the customer is always right” but I know what I said.

Ain't nothing wrong with Jack in the box, food or service, it's the atmosphere. Can't get a bite to eat without people asking for money, I don't mind helping people in need. But it's people that, that really need help from a higher power God.

I tried the app and was careful to order at Broad bc we would be in Mansfield for the afternoon. The app confirmed the location change but then reverted to Pleasant Ridge at payment. I tried to cancel order as per manager's instructions but the call went to vm and the vm was full.
The order was less than $10 so instead of wasting more time we visited another restaurant and ate. The cost was annoying but we wasted 40 minutes trying to correct the error and we're late to our event.
By the way, JitB still has not gotten back to me. I'll say the same thing to JitB but this applies to several companies...you aren't experiencing more call volume. Volume is the same as in 2020 - the issue is either mismanagement or blatant understaffing.

No wonder this store has such bad reviews, these people are idiots. They overcharged our card, left out an item and this rude girl wanted to see the card app before refunding, after admitting she owed a refund. We will never come here again.

This place never opens when it says it’s gonna open and they always close early. They need corporate to come and fire everybody and hire people who will actually work the hours they are supposed to work current management has failed this location.

I ordered food for delivery through the Jack-in-the-Box app. They took my money. Then 30 minutes later told me the order had been canceled and I have not received a refund. This has happened at least three or four other times at this particular store when you call the phone number. It just gives you some automated greeting about leaving a message. When I have picked up food from the store, the staff is usually unprofessional and seems as if English may be a second language
