I tried the app and was careful to order at Broad bc we would be in Mansfield for the afternoon. The app confirmed the location change but then reverted to Pleasant Ridge at payment. I tried to cancel order as per manager's instructions but the call went to vm and the vm was full. The order was less than $10 so instead of wasting more time we visited another restaurant and ate. The cost was annoying but we wasted 40 minutes trying to correct the error and we're late to our event. By the way, JitB still has not gotten back to me. I'll say the same thing to JitB but this applies to several companies...you aren't experiencing more call volume. Volume is the same as in 2020 - the issue is either mismanagement or blatant understaffing.
No wonder this store has such bad reviews, these people are idiots. They overcharged our card, left out an item and this rude girl wanted to see the card app before refunding, after admitting she owed a refund. We will never come here again.

This place never opens when it says it’s gonna open and they always close early. They need corporate to come and fire everybody and hire people who will actually work the hours they are supposed to work current management has failed this location.

I ordered food for delivery through the Jack-in-the-Box app. They took my money. Then 30 minutes later told me the order had been canceled and I have not received a refund. This has happened at least three or four other times at this particular store when you call the phone number. It just gives you some automated greeting about leaving a message. When I have picked up food from the store, the staff is usually unprofessional and seems as if English may be a second language

Found a worm/ caterpillar in one of our tacos ! Couldn't eat anything else. Went back and got my moey back. He couldn't figure it out. Said to come back for credit.

They were not able to make the new noggy shake for me during this visit so I tried the new donut holes. I don't know why but I was expecting something totally different and read way more into the item than what was there lol I thought I would be getting some kind of warm deep fried battered cookie crusted something or another with a warm mushy middle NOPE this is as basic of a donut hole as it gets. It's like your run-of-the-mill cake Donut from a donut shop just in the form of a donut hole. It's not made fresh. It's way too sweet and in my opinion this doesn't taste like biscoff at all and it's served cold. Ugh! I did not like that at all. I literally started chewing one of them and spit it out so the other two went in the trash as well so this was a total waste of money. Glad it was as cheap as it tastes. Came back to *update* my review. The donut holes actually remind me of the glazed donut sticks you get from a package sold at gas stations. If you like those then you might like these but I don't. Yuck!

Wheelchair accessibility: Had tables some with no chairs more seemed to be wider at least for a wheelchairs can handicapped people very nice place would recommend anyone to try it

I have gone to this location a bunch of times over the past few years. Usually the staff don't bother anybody and are not rude.
The food has been basically the same type of decency since....Hell, 2003.
During the last time I went to this location I did it with a friend and then they let us stay a bit longer even though they were closing up at 9pm so they can focus on the drive thru.
They even gave us free bobble heads and were very polite. Very nice people, very nice location. These other reviewers seem to be too angry at life.

Staff very unprofessional. Horse playing when I pulled up to drive thur window. Also guy that took my order was so unprofessional and just handed bag with out saying anything also got irritated when I asked for jelly. I guess he got irritated cause he was missing out on the horse playing with his buddies

i placed a delivery order on the app, the door dasher never delivered my food but instead took it for themselves and marked it delivered. doordash isn’t responsible because i place the order through jack in the box. this location will not answer the phone. extremely hard to get ahold of and now im out all the money i spent because they won’t respond
