I just sat waiting to order only one person in front of me,nobody was asking me for my order.about 10 min later she said give me a min I did, about 10 more min she took my order as I pull up to the window to pay and get my food she said "do you want free drinks.?"
Then tells another employee "they going to be mad I ain't even been taking orders f*** em I'm tired"
Fries were cold food was sloppy just was a bad experience over all.!!
I hate that every time I order the sourdough jack.. it's not toasted.. I've never complained but look at this it changes the taste of the meal when one thing is off.. I will be calling corporate about my many incidents it just gets ridiculous as if they don't care.
Love there sour dough but just takes to long to get your order
