The brought the honey BBQ wings back, I thought. I guess its all location based because I travel alot and I have experienced this first hand. I am disappointed in the service after experiencing Chick-Fil-A attention to detail. Don't waste your time at this place.

Cindy waited on me at the counter. And just as fresh and willing to help me as ever. She took the time to waite patiently for me to make up my mind. You can not teach that level of willingness.
Then can Marshani with her big Texas smile and was making sure that I understand how many minutes I would need to waite for the fresh goodness.

You want to come and ruin your day, come to this place where the chicken is damaged and the attention is the worst, they look at you, they ignore you. I came tonight, they sent me to park and they ignored me all night, they looked at me through the window and they didn't care, and the worst thing is the damaged chicken, it's nothing, I waited so long.
Worst quality of food. Gave us old mash potato that I purchased for my kid. The chicken was supposed to be 8 pieces there were only 5 small pieces and rest were just batter. The mash potato had a smell and was just hot and handed over to us.

Stopped here to grab something quick for lunch today and was greeted well but treated even better! The chicken was so fresh I had to use my spork to take the chicken off the bone! Avoid this location at all cost. They rush you to order just to park you. They care more about their time/score than delivering quality customer service. Waited 30+ minutes for my order and the guy didn’t have the decency to apologize for the wait. Next visit I was parked again, went inside to get my food and was given the wrong order. And they have the nerve to have an attitude with me.
