Fresas con Crema are on point, customer Service Straight ?️ i came one time and the guy in the morning was very bland, no greeting, just a “what can i get for you” i thought ehh… maybe its a one time thing, i come back and theres two girls that just stare at me and stare at eachother don’t even greet me and same thing “are u ready” WHAT!? Lol y’all should really appreciate the people that walk in to your door cause we don’t owe you our business, i wont be coming back here again.

I love coming here to get snacks but lately the service for churros has been terrible. They’ve either been super hard and crunchy or not done enough that the inside is still doughy. And that’s with little to no cinnamon sugar on them at that. I don’t know what’s with the inconsistency but can we fix it!!

I visited La Taparía Frutería yesterday, and it was a disappointing experience. The employees didn't greet us, and when I said hello to the cashier, it felt awkward. We felt uncomfortable throughout our time there, and the prices were excessively high. I do not recommend this place.

i've been coming here for years and it's always the same two guys that have no customer service. They don't greet you at the window. Once they give you your stuff they don't say have a great day none of that if they don't like their job, they should go elsewhere. Specially, the one that has a beard like I said you like your job go elsewhere.

Parking lot area is all rough. The speaker to order your food is either busted or cheap it’s hard to understand what the employee is saying. I love their Fresas con crema! Do not get the corn in a cup. Trust me save your money not worth it at all. If you use card to pay there’s a 4% fee on top of what you have to pay. Of y’all are going to charge 4% at least fix the speaker or parking lot area with that. But overall good lil quick stop to get your craving fulfilled.

Noone answers the drive thru!! Ive driven off several times to due them not answering. I even decided to drive up to the drive through window only to get ignored. I asked several times if i could order and no response. This has happened almost every single time ive showed up. If you cannot provide drive through service dont have a drive through!!!

This place has the best chamango, fruit cup, and frozen stick of mangonada. Their price a bit cheaper compare to other places in Arlington tx btw.
