Im not usually review on google , but i have to say that at the first time came here i was so supprised about their server, she's soooo niceeee , and so pretty as well , her name is Jenny if i remember correctly, she recommended for us everything about hotpot, i came here with my friends for the first time but i was shock about the food , it's call tomyum? So good. I'll be back here for many times to see my new friend ? i've read old review about hotpot services but luckily i didnt have the same experience ? So highly recommended you guys come here to eat hotpot and hopefully guys can see the pretty server here ❤️

I usually never write reviews but this is my first time experiencing something so ridiculous at a dining establishment. So i had no choice but to leave a review. The service was HORRIBLE. A girl served us, and it seems like she didn’t even care about us. She didn’t bother to check in on our table. When she took our order, it took a very long time to come out, I thought she had forgotten our order. Our table wanted to order more food but we couldn’t find our server anywhere. We had to ring the bell to get her attention but she was still no where to found. Whenever we saw our server, she would be on her phone. I was dumbfounded by this. The meat is also horribly thin sliced. It evaporated with the soup broth. Our meat looks like a previous table’s left over and they just put it back and served it to us. The tray where we grab our toppings was ridiculously dirty. But overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite pleasant. I just hope they train the server again to ensure a better dining experience for customers.

We were a part of four waiting for one of our friend to get boba at the food gallery, but the staff from Lau coerced us to eat there. It was one of the worse hotpot place around DFW. The veggies looks old and the worst part is when you asked for meat, they look like they dont want to give it to you. If they do bring it out, it will be in very small portion and frozen. The staff are always inside the kitchen I think because they do not want to be called when we want meet refills. The dessert was nice tho. But thats about it. I dont recommend ever eating here. This place is overpriced and try to not give you the proper service.

This is the worst place I have ever eat in my life. You can’t find any services people. You asked for food they don’t want to bring to you. The food is all frozen and cut super thin it sticks to the plate , by the time you scratch the meat out , all the meat gone. I wish I can give zero star if I have option.
awesome service, me and gf went to try some hotpot on food was good, we had sour southern vietnamese soup which really hit the nostalgia switch for me. The waiter and the manager was funny and rlly make me feel at home. All at a good price too!

This is what you call… a hole in wall restaurant. located inside THE FOOD GALLERY.I was impressed by the atmosphere of this place, the food.. so fresh. The service so lovely (Thank you Ly)So it’s all you can eat buffet, they bring you the meet in slices and you cook it in the broth, unexpectedly delicious. I am definitely coming back and I definitely recommend checking out this spot at least once in your life time ???Also they stay up open until 11pm!! ?
