We came here to celebrate, and not only was the service amazing, each item we ordered was out of this world. Great flavors, and so fresh! It is not on the menu, but you should try the pineapple margarita!!
I enjoy coming here on my days off. Best Mexican cuisine in town!! Great service, drinks, food, and the atmosphere is nice.

The drinks are amazing… BUT! I should have known when I didn’t see a single person of Hispanic heritage in there sitting down to eat what the food was going to taste like. They are cooking for a very weak palate. I had a few pieces of meat in my flavorless burrito and what seemed like an entire onion inside. Worst food. Maria needs to step up her cuca because it was giving nothing.

I will chime in on the review from Elise Park As I was part of her group. What she meant of not seeing anyone of Hispanic origin she was referring to “The Customers”. That tells you if the food is good enough for us to eat and enjoy. Others won’t know any better.
I ordered the beef enchiladas, which came with rice and beans and they were decent for Tex-Mex. However, the burrito that is mentioned although HUGE was very poorly assembled. In that the section she opened up was purely half an onion and peppers. The half that we ended up taking home reluctantly but I did because it was so expensive, did have some beans and rice and a couple of specs of meat and mushrooms. My suggestion would be to ensure that the ingredients are spread the length of the burrito and not in sections. For what I spent it was not worth the migraine. I had to endure due to your waiter wearing so much cologne. I could smell long after he had left our table.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Maria Cuca’s Mexican Cuisine! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Omar, our waiter, was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. The food was outstanding, bursting with authentic flavors that transported us straight to Mexico. The owner made sure we felt like family, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. Highly recommend this gem for anyone craving genuine Mexican cuisine. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Everything was amazing! Food, Drinks, staff the energy and environment was right. First time me and wife went to the place and will not be the last. Definitely a place to eat at if you’re looking for great tasting authentic mexican food. No Tex-Mex.

"Maria Cuca's - Arlington location " is a must! Dined in for lunch yesterday (@least 5th visit in 1-1/2mo) Quality of the food is truly exceptional and is always hot, fresh & full of flavor. Complimentary chips along w/ 3 different salsa's (all addicting)
Personal favorites: Grilled Poblano(my #1) Cuca's Pollo, Cuca's Platter, Stuffed Jalapenos along with their handcrafted drinks - prepared perfectly & tasted amazing each & every time! Best of all - Service is always second to none. The ambiance & beautiful decor is an added bonus.
Make sure to meet "Enrique"
(manager) He will ensure your dining experience meets all expectations!

I am Mexican and I can say that it is a great place, elegant and with a pleasant atmosphere. The food is very delicious! Not to mention the sauces. The attention is warm. All that and more make it an ideal place to go with family or friends.

I just don’t understand how this place is still open and in business. Salt has more flavor and taste than their dishes. Spent $110 here and honestly the best thing was their salsa with their stale chips. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. Save your money and go have Taco Bell instead - that’s really saying something.
