Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald’s tonight and it hit the spot. Fries were hot, burger fresh, and the soda machine worked perfectly (small victories!). The crew was friendly and kept things moving even during the dinner rush. I noticed they’ve switched to more digital ordering screens — super convenient. Not a fancy experience, but solid for a late-night craving. I’d call it an easy 8/10.

I ordered thru the mobile app, and when I go to the drive thru to pick up, they were not able to find my order ask me to double check the location or come inside the store to reorder, and when I go inside, no one assist me . couple mins later, they told me that they found the tickets and making now. bad experience, wasting time

Wait time here is over 30 min and it’s supposed to be a drive thru. The employees are rude and when you get your food after waiting 30 minutes in line it’s cold and the chicken nuggets are stale. The management really needs to do something the manager running the afternoon shift can’t handle it. This used to be my go to McDonald’s they used to be good now all you get is old food and an attitude by a heavy set Hispanic lady.

I’ve tried to use your drive-thru numerous times between 3:00am til 5:00am. When I pull up to the speaker, a voice asks if I’m using the mobile app? I answer no then he turns off his headset. That’s it. No one takes my order. I drive to the window and nobody’s there??????? I’ve been eating at your restaurant since the 1960’s. I will never eat at a McDonald’s ever again 👺😩😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭😭👹👹👹☠️☠️☠️☠️

Ordered a couple of ice cream cones and an apple pie. Waited in the curbside pick up for over 20 mins. An employee that didn't speak any English was walking around with a basket of bags and holding up a receipt asking each car if it was their order. Then another employee doing the same thing.

Then the manager comes out telling us that their ice cream machine isn't working and they have no apple pies. Refused to give us a refund. Told us to get refund thru the app.... But the app doesn't handle refunds. The FAQs clearly states that you need to get refunds directly with the store you ordered from. She argued with us that she wasn't going to give us a refund.

Most incompetent people working drive thru… when confronted on the missing items in bag before I drove off I was told I had to go back through the drive through and order again…. It’s not my fault the dingdong taking orders doesn’t comprende english

Don’t come to this McDonald’s unless you have 30 minutes to burn waiting in a spot. Be sure to be prepared to have to fish all the fries that were just flat dumped into the bag. Also don’t ask for sauce because they just won’t give it to you. Lastly, be prepared to go back to the counter to get your correct order because they will not give you the whole thing at first. Worst McDonald’s in the DFW area by far. Go to the McDonald’s by the mall if you want McDonald’s

I went to the McDonalds and ordered food and grabbed some salt then when i left I got into a very bad crash on an electric scooter and I mic fixed it with some of the salt and it helped my boo boo very good
