We ordered the deep fried catfish on the phone beforehand because it takes about an hour to prepare. We still had to wait about twenty minutes after the allotted time. The food has a very at home feel. The sauce is different than I’ve had before for summer rolls, it’s pineapple based. The catfish was a little bland, but I think that it supposed to be that way because they want the sauce to shine. A unique experience!
We had a good time eating food we have not had before. The staff were friendly and helpful with our questions.
