Food was good, not bad. A little overpriced in my opinion. Ordered a lot of food, but only took a photo of the lobster. Service wasn't bad! It was busy, but the owner was kind and answered any questions we had about the menu. Ordered the fried shrimp balls as an appetizer... the coating was a coconut coating which was different. Wasn't bad, but wasn't mind blowing. The lobster was good! They served a lot to us. We also ordered the Banh Hoi and it wasn't a lot of food for $45???? I wasn't too impressed. Ordered the shrimp fried rice too. It was basic.

To be honest, the food in the store tastes pretty good, and as an Asian, I still prefer it. Vietnam also celebrates the Lunar New Year, so the store is decorated in a festive atmosphere, but the price is really ridiculously high. I knew it might be expensive by looking at the market price on the menu, but I didn't expect it to be so expensive. Three dishes cost 300 US dollars. It's really ridiculously expensive. The fish tastes just like freshwater fish, and there are not many shrimps in the hot pot. The fish in the hot pot is not delicious, and it has a fishy taste. It is really not worth the price. I will not come again in the future. I do not recommend it.

Food is authentic Vietnamese food. I love the lemon pepper quails. It could be a little pricey but it’s worth it. Staff is nice.

One of the best Vietnamese food in Arlington area.FYI, they are serving big portions for family. Their Baked Cat Fish and Thai Hot Pot are the best amongst wherever I have been too. Bo La Lot is also great as well - especially their mam nem tastes very well.Slow service is an odd but I’m there for the food.Highly recommended if you are looking for quality food.

Food, service and ambiance is def good. Only thing is they have long tables and not round where everyone could be in reach of the food. Would have to help serve others if you have a big party.

Cá nướng và lẩu dê thuốc Bắc rất ngon. Canh chua ăn cơm cũng khá. Nhớ gọi order trước vì hơi chậm

It's a small family owned restaurant. Not technically hole in the wall but it is small and gets really busy. It's okay service but they get so busy, so ask for everything you need at once! Not sure if they make reservations but get there or call.Clean and regular Vietnamese ambiance. The shrimp balls were amazing and fresh. I rather eat it here than a dim sum spot in the Arlington area. We also had their passion fruit drink which was good. The coconut mix with something was not it. A weird taste for me. I forgot what it was. Then we ordered the fried catfish. Let me tell you, i do not eat fried catfish. This fish was not fishy and old. It was actually fresh and bright white. I mixed it with the other meats. The nem nuong i like it more on the crispy side and this one was typical taste. The shrimp too. The beef thing isn't wow thing i like. It has a strong taste but my friends loves it and said it was good the sauce for the fish is more in the tamarind side and isn't fishy either. I used the regular light color fish sauce with peppers versus brown sauce. Other than that this is a place i would come back to try other foods like crab and Hot Pot. Must bring 4-6 people.

Roast duck with black pepper sauce is not inferior to Tran Quang Ky Macao (District 5, SG, VN).The shop should sell with bread or fried dumplings.

I’ve gotten takeout here a few times. I can’t speak for the dine-in experience, but the food is great! I’m so happy to have a baked catfish restaurant finally in Arlington. It’s just as good. The banh hoi 3 vi (noodles with three meats/spring rolls) was very reasonably priced and fed all three of us decently. I can’t wait to try the lobster next. Hope they continue making delicious food and please give them a visit for authentic and unique Vietnamese dishes! ?

At 2pm on April 29, 2023, I bought a pepper roasted duck for $27. I honestly don't dare to stay at such a big restaurant but cheat and chop 1 duck for me to take home to check a little bit, the thigh base and the fishing rod are not there, a whole duck with the best meat in the restaurant have kept all, opened to eat any duck with bones and skin. Oh my god, what kind of unethical business is that..???
