Finally made the trip to try Meat Candy BbQ and oh boy was it worth it. The brisket had my head spinning in delicious land. Incredibly tender, perfect crust and seasoning, and a perfect amount of fat. The bourbon maple pork belly burnt ends just made this trip next level.
From out of town we stumbled upon The Meat Candy truck late so they only had pulled pork and baked beans left but boy did they hit the spot some of the most amazing beans I have ever had and the pork was moist and flavorful. Amazing food and great service would highly recommend.
Some of the best smoked food I've EVER had no matter what you get from them have no worries! Very friendly and helpful service. I strongly suggest trying them.... you will be back!
