I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat at this bakery. It is quite dirty and extremely disorganized. It seemed that everyone who works there speaks Spanish and it is difficult to speak English to them. In line, we had to speak to a few employees before one of them were able to help us. The turkey sandwich was inedible and I threw it in the trash. The food was excellent. Loved the kolache!! Tender and flaky! Try poppy seed sometime!!! After touring the castle, we had delicious sandwiches from the bakery!! Bread was excellent too! Stop - don’t drive on by!!!!
We came in nearly at closing time and had a turkey sandwich on sourdough. It was extraordinary. Everything was fresh, the service was wonderful and it was even better than we had hoped. Of course we did not leave without stocking up on some of our favorite pastries we shouldn’t be eating . They were also excellent.
