Drinks were flat . Buffet was TERRIBLE , Options at the buffet are TERRIBLE , the hot food wasn’t hot , the sushi station wasn’t cold , I’m pretty sure the temperature system doesn’t even work on the food stations . Waste of time and money

Tempura and soup was cold. Too bad the cooks couldn't keep the buffet stocked. Waited awhile for the Tempura. Did not know this was a buffet if I had I wouldn't have gone as I only wanted Tempura and it was not deveined. The servers were excellent the only redeeming quality.

I don’t think I’ve been to a sushi buffet and a really long time however, none of the sushi in the buffet looked fresh, when I came in and requested a fresh roll is whenever I saw all the sushi being swapped out ??? the sushi was good for the price (5/6$ per roll) but I couldn’t see myself paying 17$ for the buffet. We came in and we got seated in the server didn’t even tell us what we could do didn’t ask us if this was our first time there didn’t really guide us to anything, and I felt like I was bothering him. Even though he was asking me questions if I needed anything else, he went and got my stuff, then told me that I could’ve gotten it myself. That being said, how are you tracking if people are at the buffet, or just doing your job for you?

Just moved to the area so we are looking for a good sushi spot. This was not it. Sushi connoisseurs/people who enjoy real sushi steer clear. Tried their buffet and they had very little choices to choose from and don't seem to refill what's out often, so it's understandable why their tables were quite empty. Flavors of their simple rolls and hot foods were very lack-luster. We will definitely be looking elsewhere.

It's not fine dining, but the sushi is good. I've seen a drop in customers since that new place opened, but Ninja hasn't lost a beat. Still the same service and smiling faces. I will still be there.
Update: it has gone downhill. The sushi taste as it has been sitting there for hours. It doesn’t taste the same as it did 4 years ago.The comment below was from 4 years ago. Now I wouldn’t recommend you to try it out.Good sushi for a good price

I have been coming here dine in or carry out for a couple years and always love the food n service is typically great as well. Sunday called in small order, spring rolls, edename service was rushed and they seemed annoyed. Got the did home and it was sloppy and old dried lettuce. Really sad. I love these spring rolls n hot oil so I thought I'd just pick out the old lettuce, but I realize with the little bit of crab n lettuce that's all there was in them. I just ate my edename which was nice n warm salted perfect.

Everything was good, sushi was good. Very many varieties of different sushi and I enjoyed the ones I tried but the not sushi foods were either cold or bearly warm. The orange noodles were mostly dried up. Could use some more attention on that side and check on the food there. But sushi and the place were great ! Friendly staff ! :)

We used to frequent this place quite often, but the last 2 times we went the food was not good and not worth the price. The sushi rice is overcooked and mushy, the hot food at the buffet looked like it was sitting there for hours untouched, and they don't devein their shrimp which is really sickening. ? It takes 2 seconds to devein a shrimp and if they can't do that for their customers, it makes me question the quality of the rest of their food...
