Asked for a cake and ordered a blue flower on top for a birthday party. This is what I received. The cake was up to par, the presentation was terrible. Go to the North Arlington location!

I've enjoyed Nothing Bundt Cakes many times before, but this was my first visit to this location. What a treat!I was greeted by a warm smile the moment I walked in. That's always a good sign, right? The lady who assisted me asked a few questions, took my order and then helped me select a decoration. I was torn between two ideas, so she suggested one that's fairly popular.As they wrapped up my goodies, I went to investigating the shop goodies. There are so many cute gifts in the shop! This could be a one stop gift shop if you were tight for time. I only left with one gift item, but everything is adorable.Another smiling face delivered my sweet treat to me and I was on my way. Did I also mention the music is good? ???Parking: Tons of parking

I really wanted to like these cakes. They’re beautiful…but the icing tastes very bad. The confetti cake itself was good if you can avoid the icing.

Terrible, I had this delivered today as as a gift! I called and asked please package with care. How embarrassing and I can't get a refund. $55 The store immediately delivered my order personally. Do not use Uber to deliver. Thank you for delivering my order.

Bad experience with a error made on their end. Lack of empthy and understanding. Generic response with partial refund or replacement but cant turn back time on a special occasion. No response after initial contact. Poor customer service, seemed to be in convenience to them when they accepted they made an error. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

Idella is great! I love their cakes. So professional.
The people at this store are always super nice and helpful. They usually have any flavor I want but to be sure we ordered pickup this morning and they had the cakes ready within 2 hours. We love their cakes, packaging, and overall decorations. Can get a little pricey but overall better quality than a store cake.

I bought a 24 pack for a client on closing day. The seller and the buyer were both present so it was a great save! You never know who will show up at the closing table in real estate!

Service is getting worse! Before you would wrap the cake and keep it chilled..is this chilled? This is a gift! How can you give it like this? And you also tape he box now and customers who are in a rush can't check on it before leaving the store..unlike before that you will show the item to the customer before taping the box close..this is the second booboo..i ordered a cake before and the ribbon should have been pink but it was brown and I'm in rush and I've no time to wait for the staff to change it..

You can't go wrong with getting these bundt cakes for someone's birthday, graduation, baby shower, or even a wedding. I especially like their dozen Bundtinis. I've ordered these plenty of times for my coworker's birthdays at the office, and they love it! It is small, cute, sharable, and has the right amount icing. My favorite flavors of all time are their lemon raspberry and birthday cake. But honestly you can't go wrong with any of their flavors!

This place is nice and clean but the only thing that bothers me is that I been there twice and every time I have asked to write a personal note on my card in Spanish the “machine is not working “ when I just noticed they done it for a client or two ahead of me . If they don’t feel confident in writing it down they should ask the person to write down for them to type in .
