Always amazing.
Had to update my review to reflect the unwanted changes. This used to be my go-to restaurant on any day of the week. It's usually never a wait for seating. The salsa is horrible. Who decided the salsa should be warmed? Makes me think it was left out all day. It's not tasty. Who decided to change the menu? Now my favorite meal isn't on the menu. Granted, the cooks will still make it. But, the wait staff needs to put the order in correctly. By that, I mean they need listen to the order. My food came out with enchilada sauce instead of what I verbally stated. I don't like sending food back so I took it home and doctored it up. I will find a different go-to spot. Very disappointed.

It is Cinco De Mayo today and Taco Tuesday! Why is this restaurant not fully staffed on this Mexican Holiday. The waiting time for a table was over an hour, they were short of servers, and only one guy to clean tables throughout the entire restaurant! There was not a restaurant manager on the floor!
We arrived at approximately 7:04p, we got seated at 7:58pm, we waited for 11 mins to get served water!, we were surrounded by 3 tables with dirty dishes on them the entire time we were seated, the floors needed a spot sweep, they had no more clean silverware available! Finally around 8:23 a waitress came to take our order. She was polite and when we asked why the lack of workers and lack of service, she said the restaurant did not expect such a crowd on this day! What!? It's Cinco De Mayo and Taco Tuesday! After eating, around 9:08pm, it took the server another 15mins to bring our ticket and a to-go box. We were told they ran out of chips, and Mexican rice. Chips came out hot and stale, Mexican rice came out later after we were about done eating.
This restaurant is in a prime location near the Parks Mall! They should stay ready!!!! I hope OTB will be prepared for the World Cup crowd that's coming soon!

Their #HappyHour specials are superb! I love their #Margaritas on the rocks of course.

Just went for the Wednesday special, chicken and beef fajita plate. This is a Tex-mex restaurant so don’t expect real Mexican food no salsas, no spicy. For me it was just bla. Not coming again to try another dishes.

Placed catering order on line, then went to pick it up. Casheiers were incredibly rude constantly! Can't read or sound out simple names. Then, I get home, no bell peppers in my fajitas, rice half cooked again and meat doesn't look done, the chicken or the steak. From now on , catering from Papaya's instead. OTB is too expensive for this type of behavior and food.😡
