The quality of Papa John's has gone waaay down. I'm guessing it's because they fired the founder. I would much rather grab a frozen pizza at the grocery store than to ever order this again.
My pizza today was not fully cooked. Raw dough throughout the center to midway through the pie. After a couple pieces, I had to just eat the toppings. Ended up throwing it away. The delivery guy, Door dash had a bit of a time finding the place even though I put specific instructions " Northwest corner of building by ramp" with my phone number. I think the driver couldn't read English. He showed up at the Southeast corner instead. Since they started using Door dash I've noticed a decline in quality of service.

This is one of the most crappiest joints I've ordered from in awhile. Didn't even call me to ask me if i wanted to cancel my order after the mess up was theirs. Then acted like it wasn't shyt after I had ordered a hour and 15 minutes prior on a 30 minute delivery. If you don't like your MFn job,get a new one.

I have not received my order as of yet and I am having to make my way to the store to deal with her rudeness and to get my money back. Don't bother if you see her in this store. She was not trained well.

Spent $49 bucks for these Janky pizzas! Wow never have I had pizza that tasted like dough only, even asked for easy sauce NOT extra! Try to take a bite and you can't cause it falls due to being so limp. I will be calling Corporate and filling a complaint. I always give good reviews but nothing about this is a good review. I've eaten from this Papa John's alot, it's been a few months and back when we got it, nothing was wrong. Not sure what happened but YUCK. Going out with the trash, glad it's trash night. Hard money earned, wasted on dough pizza just disappointed

Papa Johns driver was driving reckless around 5 20pm cutting people off having to honk so he don't hit me other drivers honked because he was jumping in front of them turning in the wrong lane with no signal .I will be going to corporate about this. Inside when I went to management he was told what he did and laughed it off as a joke . Management was off clock from what was told to me but then she approached me outside and said don't take pictures of the drivers car which was fine but i needed to know who to tell corporate the driver was .
