Food almost always eats, the atmosphere is ok, the service is good but could be quicker sometimes, and I feel the restaurant could have more things to show it's origins, and Where it's headed to.

Papa John’s really pulled off a performance art piece with this one. I ordered a half-and-half pizza. The receipt showed a half-and-half pizza. My brain understood half-and-half. Basic fractions. Apparently the person making it operates on a plane of existence where numbers, words, and shapes have no shared meaning.
Instead of left half vegetarian and right half meat like any normal human would interpret, they executed some visionary “top half vs bottom half” delusion. One set of toppings buried under the cheese and sauce, the other smeared on top like an afterthought. The vegetarians only realized the horror after the first bite, when meat snuck out from under the cheese. I had to face the hangry consequences while explaining that no, I did not request a psychological puzzle disguised as dinner.
The stuffed crust was as if it had been glued on during someone’s smoke break. It looked like they built a normal pizza, had a manager shout something in the distance about “crust add-on,” and they panicly attached a ring of alleged stuffed crust around the outside. It barely clung on. The cheese inside was about as present as a deadbeat dad: technically promised, rarely seen, definitely uneven.
Whole experience was an absolute masterclass in how to disappoint every dietary group simultaneously.

Came in last night at 8PM, ordered a large pepperoni pizza. I watched as the employee who took my order did NOT wash his hands in between taking orders, touching his phone, touching pizza dough and toppings, and cutting pizza. Asked for a refund, was told to wait 10 minutes on the manager. After 15 minutes, I was told that the manager hadn't been there for over 2 hours, and wasn't likely to show up any time soon. So I left with no pizza, no refund, and $20 taken from my bank account with no way to get it back. Thanks Papa Johns for stealing from me. Never, EVER go to this place.

The worst Papa Johns I have ever been to. I don't usually post reviews, but this was pretty bad. So, my pizza is supposed to be ready between 7:27 and 7:37, so I get there about 7:33. I go in and the guy says 5 min. Cool, no problem, I can wait. Then, I literally see him START making the pizzas. OK, fine. Maybe they're busy and he'll take care of it quick. I watch him and another employee LITERALLY drag their feet making the pizza. No exaggeration. 20 min later, I finally got my pizza. I'm irritated, but whatever, at least I got my pizza and it's fresh. I get home and open the box and find that my half ham & pineapple/half sausage and mushroom has ALL the toppings on one side. What the hell! Most Papa John's places are pretty good, this was terrible. So, if you want Papa John's, I recommend finding a different location unless you got plenty of time and check the pizza before you leave.

I had the chance to talk to manager Emily over the phone,and she went above and beyond to make my order right thank you so much.Even after I had made the order wrong on my part she was nice enough and understanding to go-ahead and make it right for me.
