Papa John's pizza is great. The reason for the 1 star review is not because of the service or the food but because they use DoorDash to deliver orders sometimes, with no way of tracking the order once it leaves the restaurant (is what im told). And on this occasion, my order never showed up even though it showed to be "delivered". After calling the restaurant, I had them refund my whole order. Then I ended up just driving to the restaurant where the young man took care of everything and made the order again. So thank you to him (the staff looked very stressed out). Papa John's should hire more drivers/staff instead of relying on a 3rd party to deliver their orders. If I wanted to use doordash I would have gone through them. And not gone directly through the papajohns ap. Do better Papa John's. You're employees are not to blame the company is, for trying to cut wages/corners.

I work at a competitor store/different pizza place and we would never turn a customer away for choosing to pay CASH over card. I placed an online order at this location for pick up and to pay with cash. I get to the store at the time my pizza is supposed to be done and waited to be greeted by someone who clearly doesn’t like their job. After giving the person at the counter my info to pick up my order, he asks me if I have a card to pay with. I tell him no and that I have cash. He keeps asking me if I have any other way to pay besides in cash. I don’t understand why i was being pressured to pay with my card for an $8 order. 1 pizza. Is it because you already closed the cashier drawer too early and want to turn people away so you can eat the pizza they can’t claim because of some arbitrary rule? I literally would have went to get exact change so you didn’t have to break a $20. This was at 10 at night and while i understand wanting to be safe about locking your money at the end of the night, at least remove that option for people to pay cash on the app or online. Put a disclaimer somewhere. I was really upset to find out I couldn’t get my pizza after working a 10 hr shift all because I wanted to pay cash and dude didn’t feel like doing his job.

Placed an order online for delivery.They used door dash for the delivery, I placed my order directly thru papajohn, not door dash.Dasher delivered only 1 of the 5 items I ordered.Called the store, person that answered confirmed the rest of my order was at the store and got a manager.Manager said he couldn't deliver the rest of my food, that the only thing they could do was cancel the order. Said the only item he could send out again was the one item I had recieved even though the rest of my order was sitting at the store.I asked if I was able to come pick it up, will they credit me the delivery fee. Manager said no.Told them cancel my order.Called back because I didn't recieve any confirmation of cancelation.Person that answered said that she had thrown my reciept away but that I could come and pick it up as they had no way to email or give it to me.It'll prolly end up back in the trash along with the rest of my order that I'll never get.

I love papa johns and lately the service I had gotten wasn't great from missing wings to a pizza never even being delivered to my address. However the service I received from the manager and acknowledgment of my service,time and money really brought me back to loving papa johns and she re made my order. So yes I'll still be ordering from papa johns and thank you to the manager for being patient and understanding the customer. My pizza was hot and delicious and I have a new favorite wing from papa johns the honey chipotle wings were ahmazing!

Had an absolutely traumatizing experience July 29th. It is being handled by corporate right now but as long as Harris Steffon the “Manager” is still working at this location I will not be taking my business here. If I can I will provide a picture of what this person did to me. I hope he is held accountable for his actions.
