I thought I had placed my order through the app, however it had not gone through so the young lady took my order and got it out to me as quick as she could....... Bento boxes love them, you get a little bit of several things.
This Pei Wei has a new manager which is the best thing that has happened to this site. I quit going to this site due to extreamly long wait times EVERY time I went even when I ordered online. The former manager treated the employees disrespectfully in front of customers too. The new Manager Elizabeth has made this site in line with other Pei Wei restaurants. So happy to be able to go back to this site. Way to improve!
Food is standard for take out Chinese but the last three times I have ordered there, they were not open on time due to staff not showing up. I always order online and pickup. I usually wait 30 minutes for rice because no one prepped to open for 11:00. This is a serious management issue. This is multiple times in a 6-week period. Corporate management needs to address this issue.
