This was our first time, we have gone to PHO95 in Arlington for many years but we haven’t been happy with some changes they have made to their food.
When we walked in 90 mins before closing we were greeted happily and were told to choose a table, I told the lady it was our first time there and she answered our questions with no attitude and was very nice.
